Just 10 minutes’ drive from Skegness are the long white sands of the east coast. Lambourne House has everything needed to relax and enjoy a traditional family holiday, with five double bedrooms, expansive living rooms, a beautiful inglenook fireplace and all the luxury facilities you would expect from a house of this size, including a gym. The mature garden, with its play areas and barbecues, provides a wonderful place for family fun, and the heated indoor swimming pool ensures entertainment all year round. Off road parking in designated areas right outside the farmhouse affords easy access for loading and unloading luggage and shopping.
There is plenty to see and do in and around the area. Less than a mile away is a good pub for families, which serves both food and drink. The closest beach for lazy summer walks, building sandcastles, sunbathing or indulging in bracing winter wanderings, is 10 minutes away by road, and the nearest golf course, North Shore, is the same distance away. Keen fishermen will enjoy the coarse fishing lakes just 300 yards away.
The town of Skegness has all the facilities you would expect of an established seaside town and modern commercial centre - shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafés, cinema, theatre, fun fair, seaside amusements, park, aquarium, sports and fishing facilities, as well as a hospital and excellent road and rail links. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

In a peaceful rural setting just ¾ mile from the glorious sandy beach at Chapel-St-Leonards, this beautiful, detached cottage offers a superb base for holidays at any time of year. It has commanding views over pastureland and is adjacent to the owner’s small farm. It boasts a good quality of contemporary decor and benefits from a large widescreen TV. The cottage enjoys its own lawned garden with a private hot tub.
Fantasy Island theme park is only 3 miles and the Sealife Centre at lively Skegness is 7 miles. Locally, there are nature reserves for bird and seal watching as well as opportunities for horse riding and cycling on quiet country lanes. Lincoln’s lovely medieval streets and designer shops, and the vintage emporiums of charming market towns in the Wolds are also easily accessible. Golf 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

This lovely barn is on the edge of the family farm, which has been superbly restored in 2021 and extended to provide great family sized accommodation with space for everyone to enjoy. Ideal for families staying together with two separate staircases to the first floor, a large south facing patio with 15ft swim spa, as well as a lawned garden for fun family games.
Just 5 miles from the sandy beaches at Chapel St Leonards and within 15 minutes’ drive you have the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe, Fantasy Island, Butlins, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve and The Lincolnshire Wolds. A footpath through the field takes you to the village pub where you can have food, and is a 10-minute walk away, before you return to soak in the swim spa after a busy day out. For those wishing to enjoy a very popular gastro pub there is one at Skendleby approximately a 10-minute drive away.
You can even bring your family pets, with up to three dogs welcome, but please be aware there could be cattle or sheep in adjacent fields. There are very good walks from the door with the area also being very popular for cyclists. Beach 5 miles and pub 1 mile.

Situated close to Huttoft beach, perfect for both summer seaside holidays and relaxing winter escapes. Anderby Creek is also close by and boasts the UKs first cloud observation deck.

Visitors can enjoy watching the seals at Donna Nook, and cycling, walking, golf, and birdwatching are all popular pastimes locally. Contrasting pleasures of family fun at Skegness and the wildlife of the Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve are found 10 miles away, whilst historic Lincoln, with its soaring cathedral, cobbled streets, interesting shops, and Christmas markets, is an easy drive, as are the beautiful Wolds and their delightful market towns. Nearby is a café at Huttoft next to the beach with a viewing area where you can enjoy superb views along the coastline and inland over the fields towards the Lincolnshire Wolds. With a coarse fishing lake only 3 miles away (at cost).
Golfers will enjoy the 18-hole links courses at North Shore and Seacroft golf courses in Skegness only a short drive away. Enjoy a drive around the Lincolnshire Wolds where the local towns have regular market days. Horncastle and Alford also enjoy a good selection of antiques and collectables shops. Butlins and Fantasy Island Theme Park are both only a short drive along the coast with the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe nearby too. Birdwatching is popular on the sand dunes and also at Gibraltor Point Nature Reserve, 10 miles away, which has an excellent visitor centre and café. Beach 1 mile. Shop and pub 2 miles.

Wainfleet has a supermarket, good range of shops and takeaways as well as pubs to enjoy all within ¼-mile. The nearby railway station means you can travel for a day out in Skegness without having to take the car and if you want to travel further afield then you can get to Grantham, Nottingham and Boston easily for days out. Shops, pub and railway station all within ¼ mile.

Located on the popular Cherry Park, this lovely lodge has been completely renovated in 2023 to provide superb accommodation for a couple and their pet dogs. Nearby Chapel St Leonards has a good range of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés as well as traditional amusements and plenty of entertainment to enjoy during the summer season. Many miles of sandy walks await you along the unspoilt beaches with the Seascape Observatory Café being a popular spot for refreshment on your walks. There are endless, quiet, unspoilt beaches along this stretch of coast from Skegness to Mablethorpe, offering fabulous walks alongside the sea. The promenade stretch from Sandilands to Mablethorpe is very popular, with bus stops at both ends. A bus stop at the entrance to the Park means it is straightforward to leave the car and journey along the coast to see Skegness, Huttoft Bank, Anderby Creek, Sandilands, Sutton-on-Sea and Mablethorpe for days out.
Skegness is the nearest large town and is a traditional seaside resort that many generations of visitors have enjoyed, and has everything from the funfair, seal sanctuary, aquarium, cinema and the pier to enjoy. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach all within ½ mile.
