    Lovingly converted, this was once a tumble-down barn which the owner has lovingly transformed into a welcoming holiday cottage. Stepping inside you have the open plan living area with a well- equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double as well as a twin, and a family bathroom. The Granary has a traditional, welcoming feel throughout. The patio areas are a perfect place to end the day where you can relax, enjoying a glass of wine and enjoying the views. There is an enclosed playing field for children, as well as a walking path for dogs on site.
    These two lovely barn conversions are nestled in a secluded area in Lingdale, just 4 miles from the Victorian seaside resort of Saltburn or 9 miles to the scenic harbourside village of Staithes. Set over four floors you enter the property on the ground floor into the open plan living space.
