    Aysgarth Lodge has a large, enclosed garden, perfect for the dog or the children. There is a lawned area as well as patio with a wonderful hot tub to relax in after a busy day visiting the coast.     There are plenty of beaches to choose from Scarborough North and South Bays, Cayton Bay, Filey, Hunmanby, Reightons and slightly further Flamborough, Bridlington, Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay.     For those of you who enjoy bird watching there’s the RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs where you can view thousands of migrating seabirds from the cliff top viewing points. People travel from all over to watch the comical puffins. The cyclists amongst you can enjoy some of the routes from the Tour de Yorkshire, as well as the wonderful Dalby Forest, home to miles and miles of mountain bike tracks. With over 8,000 acres of woodland pathways there’s plenty of woodland walks to enjoy, as well as the Cleveland Way. Aysgarth Lodge provides an excellent base to enjoy a golf tour of the North East Coast or play in the historic Scarborough golf week.
    Yorkshire is famous for its market towns, Pickering, Malton, Beverley and Driffield are all a short drive from Aysgarth Lodge. In the village you will find a supermarket, post office, traditional pub, bistro pub, fish and chip shop and a church 100-400 yards. There is a garden centre. 10-15 minute flat walk which has a lovely café. Supermarket and fast food outlets within a 5 minute drive, all in the same place. The Cleveland Way passes by the doorstep, taking you along the coast and then inland into the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
    The Yorkshire coastline draws guests back year after year, with welcoming locals, fresh local seafood, a fascinating seafaring history as well as many picturesque views. Here at Sea Views Three - 38 you can enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the living room, with glass patio doors making the most of the views. From the enclosed garden you can admire the views in the sunshine, perhaps enjoying dinner al-fresco.
    The living room has two large three seater sofas and a wide screen TV. This is open plan with the dining area, with its extending table, perfect for entertaining over a bottle of wine.
