The spa town of Harrogate lies half an hour away and offers both high end and high street shopping together with a vast selection of pubs and restaurants together with Harlow Carr Gardens. All within half an hour are Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal, both National Trust, Ripley Castle and Brimham Rocks together with the Nidd Valley and beautiful Middlesmoor. Surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Nidderdale area of outstanding beauty, this is the perfect place for walkers and cyclists. You are perfectly situated to enjoy the local village withtwo pubs, cafés and walks right on your doorstep. Nearby attractions include The How Stean Gorge outdoor activity centre and The Stud Fold children’s adventure park, The Forbidden Corner, Yorkshire Dales National Park and so much more!

Guests also have access to the adjacent garage where we have washing and drying facilities, log store should you run out and space to store bikes or walking equipment along with a hose if you end up bringing half the trail back with you!
