Coachmans Close is a wonderful cottage in the heart of the quintessential countryside in the village of Milverton. The beautiful cottage is set on a secluded road, all on one level making it perfect for families of all ages. As you enter the driveway the cottage hugs the courtyard and private garden in an L shape. Through the front door to the hallway you have the living room to your left with its parquet flooring and open fire. From here you will find the fully-equipped kitchen benefitting from a Nespresso Coffe Machine (please note guests will need to bring their own pods), with wonderful views across the fields. One of the double bedrooms has views of the courtyard and a gorgeous shower room adjacent with a large walk-in shower with a fabulous rainfall shower head. The master bedroom has French doors which open onto the courtyard. Outside the courtyard has a seating area and the winding path leads to the lawned garden and views over the fields and hills ahead. To the side of the cottage, there is a veranda which is the perfect spot to watch the sunset from and views of the countryside. There are walks in every direction directly from the front door.
Milverton has a shop full of local produce and everything you need, as well as one gastro pub, both just a few minutes walk from the property. Further afield you have the market town of Taunton with its larger stores, restaurants and entertainment facilities such as cinema and bowling alley. For a fun day out why not spend the day riding the rails on the West Somerset Steam Railway from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead, spend a couple of hours by the sea before a leisurely chug back to base. Exmoor National Park is reachable in under 20 minutes’ drive with its miles and miles of walks, perfect for a day’s rambling. Beach 16 miles. Shop 350 yards, pub and restaurant 700 yards.

From the moment you drive through the gates, up the private driveway and Dronefield Lodge appears, you will know your holiday has begun in style!
The property now benefits from modern fly/insect screens which has been fitted on every window and door to make your stay more comfortable. Enter the large open plan Kitchen/Dining room/Lounge. The high-end kitchen features electric hob, double ovens, built in microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher as well as a breakfast bar, while the dining area has a large table with seating for 11 and the lounge has a Smart TV and comfortable seating. Off the dining area are three ground floor bedrooms, one being a master with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, a double bedroom and a further single bedroom; there is also a large bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower.
Upstairs you will find 2 further bedrooms, one being a large bedroom with 4 single beds, perfect for children as well as a double bedroom; there is also a bathroom on this floor with bath. Please note there is restricted head height on this floor.
With underfloor heating throughout, well placed lighting and Smart TVs in every bedroom, there really has been nothing left out of this luxury property; you will be delighted in every room!
Outside, the large garden has a wonderful lawned area and fabulous covered dining terrace with pizza oven, BBQ, multi-games table and outdoor games. The terrace is lit at night so you can really make the very most of this property both inside and out for your entire stay!

The pretty market town of Somerton is easily reached and has shops, bars, and restaurants to enjoy. Slightly further you have the town of Street with its retail outlet shopping centre for the bargain hunters among you! The ancient town of Glastonbury is reached within 20 minutes and has several quirky shops as well as lots of history to uncover! Closer to Dronefield, there are walks in every direction, perfect for your four-legged family members to enjoy, or head to Langport and stroll along the River Parrett and the Somerset Levels.

Welcome to Mow Barton, a stunning 3-bedroom holiday home set on the beautiful Wellesley Park Estate, surrounded by countryside yet only a 25-minute walk to the city of Wells.

Outside, you have a wonderful large terrace seating area with L shaped garden furniture and a lawned area. Mow Barton has the huge bonus of access to Wellesley Park’s fabulous leisure complex, with a fantastic indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room, gym, library and outdoor tennis court. All of these are bookable for private use with booking slots and are included in the price of your stay. Set just 2 miles from the smallest city in the UK, Wells, which can be reached on foot in just 25 minutes and has an array of shops, bars and restaurants for you to enjoy. The Mendip Hills area of outstanding natural beauty can be reached on foot also for fabulous walks. Slightly further afield you have the ancient historic town of Glastonbury, famous for both its music festival and its Tor, it has a rich history to explore and uncover. The larger city of Bath can be reached in under an hour by car and there are plenty of national trust properties nearby to visit and enjoy.

When you arrive at The Malthouse a heavy oak door leads you into the original cart-way. From the cart-way, go down into the lower ground floor utility room, here you will find an extra fridge, washer and dryer. Also just off the original cart-way is a bedroom with a bathroom adjacent. A spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is stylish and handmade with all the modern appliances you’d expect. The dining area has a large, impressive Bath stone fireplace in front of the long pine dining table. Heavy curtains and underfloor heating keep you warm in the winter months whilst stone floors, lime washed walls and ancient beams reflect its historic character.


On the ground floor the sitting room and the garden room, both comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. The sitting room has an inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, ideal on colder days. Walk through the cosy sitting room to the airy pitch-roofed garden room and enjoy views of the garden and countryside from the window seats. Climb the turret stairway to the first floor where there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are large and elegant with crisp Egyptian cotton linen and fluffy towels, side tables, soft furnishings, and comfy chairs. Up another turret stairway to the second floor with another bathroom and a further two bedrooms, one with a unique view of the ancient malthouse roof structure through a floor-to-ceiling glass window. There’s a generous open courtyard and a large garden with lawn and lavender lined path. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining; there are large tables with benches and chairs, a large comfy sofa and plenty of blankets to lay on the grass. Grade II listed, The Malthouse is steeped in history with some parts dating back to the 14th and 15th centuries and is quirky in many ways with uneven steps and floors, all of which contribute to the character of the building. The owners just ask that you take care whilst you experience living in a historic house! The property is in an outstanding location.
