You will also find all the essentials too, such as green grocers for picking up your organic produce, a butchers for some fine local produce for cooking up a hearty meal for all. Why not take a trip to the family run Winner Hill Vineyard, to pick up a sparkling white to accompany your dinner. It is said by many that it’s just as good as some of the best French bottles. You can even make an afternoon of it and partake in some tasting for a fun day out. A little further beyond, you will find Tetbury is 10 miles away, and Bath and Bristol are both 20 miles. There are plenty of sights to see in Chepstow. visit Chepstow Castle, the oldest castle in Wales, which is a fabulous way to spend the day. Walk or cycle along the historical Offas Dyke. Another great historic site is Tintern Abbey. Perfect place for exploring the area whether it be on foot or by bicycle or for a fun day out nearby you will find exciting days out such as Go Ape, Puzzlewood, Clearwell Caves, Dean forest Railway. Chepstow also has a racecourse. The town of Chepstow is a 10-minute drive from Court Park Barn and has an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The beautiful Cathedral City of Gloucester, historic City of Bristol and the pretty market town of Ross-in-wye are all just a short drive away.
