It has a variety of boutique gift shops, traditional pubs and highly acclaimed restaurants.
Take a boat trip to the historic island of Caldey, with its Celtic monastery and Cistercian monks, who have made it a holy island for hundreds of years. Away from the coast, explore the rolling hills of Preseli and discover its ancient sites dotted along its rugged terrain, or visit the market town of Narbeth, with its antique shops, art galleries and numerous cafés and tasteful restaurants. This is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and superb walking country, both on the rolling chalk hills overlooking fertile inland valleys and on the coastal footpaths offering spectacular clifftop views. Bridport is a thriving market town, featured on TV’s River Cottage, the Port Bredy of Hardy’s novels, offering a good choice of shops, inns, restaurants, an arts centre and a sports centre with indoor pool. Located just outside the historic north Cornwall town of Camelford and only a few miles from the spectacular coastline around Port Isaac, Tintagel and Boscastle. The cottage itself is over two storeys and is one of five cottages, each with its own enclosed private patio garden. The ground floor is open plan with a cosy wood burning stove in the open plan living area and a modern fitted kitchen. Upstairs is a good-sized double bedroom with a further twin bedroom.
