    This lovely terraced, three-storey property has been renovated to a good standard with fabulous views over Aberavon beach. Step out of the front garden and you are literally yards from the two beaches. The living room is set on the first floor and has a stunning view of the beach, there is also a Juliet balcony in this spacious room too, perfect for watching the sun rise or sun sets in the evening. A lovely welcome pack along with toiletries for the bathrooms is provided by the owners, whom also live on-site. There is an enclosed rear garden with patio furniture and to the front of the property is a lawned garden, where you can sit on an evening and listen to the waves lapping against the shore.
    You are within walking distance to the local pub and amenities, and there are plenty of activities to do in the area. The Baked Bean Museum is less than a mile from the property, or for those more adventurous, there is Go Ape at Margam Park which is 5 miles from the property. The town and bay of Swansea is 5 miles away, visit the birthplace of Dylan Thomas and wander around the lovely Singleton Park. Beach 350 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
