The dog-friendly Gardeners Rest Cottage is a stylishly decorated property set in the delightful grounds of Grinkle Park Hotel and Estate on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors and just 10 minutes from Whitby. The perfect dog-friendly getaway , it is ideally placed for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors with your best furry friend in tow as well as Yorkshire’s gorgeous coastline. The cottage is a short drive from local restaurants, pubs and supermarkets and has two bedrooms sleeping four, a lounge with flat screen TV and log burning stove, fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a family bathroom. It has a patio and lawned area with wonderful views of the surrounding wooded valleys. The cottage is surrounded by fabulous walks your dog will love and there is a welcome hamper on arrival.

The Gardeners Rest cottage has a wonderful location for a dog-friendly holiday on the edge of North Yorkshire Moors, with the coast just five minutes away. Why not travel on the North Yorkshire Railway, or you could take the Saltburn beach circular walk - a 5.8 km trail close to Saltburn taking an hour and a quarter. There's also the Old Saltburn to Warsett Hill walk with sculptures and wild flowers along the way, or the famous Cleveland Way from Saltburn to Staithes which is a more challenging walk leading across the cliff tops.
