There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen and outside is a private seating area that’s perfect to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or a gin and tonic after a day of exploring.
With miles of walking or cycling tracks from the door and a local village inn, a short stroll away you can enjoy a break from driving and enjoy the forest at a slower pace to really appreciate its beauty and tranquillity. For keen walkers or cyclists, there are many other pretty villages to explore, many with village pubs to enjoy a gastronomic treat too! This holiday home is also well placed for road links to the cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the stunning Christchurch Harbour and the beautiful coastline including Sandbanks, Bournemouth, Studland and Swanage.
Other places of interest include Beaulieu Motor Museum, Marwell Zoo, Bovington Tank Museum and New Forest Wildlife Park are worth a visit. There are many amazing country houses and gardens such as Broadlands at Romey, Wilton House in Salisbury, Kingston Lacy in Wimborne, and Exbury House and Gardens along with seasonal events such as the three days New Forest Show, the Great Dorset Steam Fair, and the Great Dorset Chilli Festival.
