On the ground floor of the property there is a well-equipped kitchen, cosy living room with dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas and an electric fire providing extra warmth. On the first floor there are three bedrooms made up of a double, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom which has a pull-out bed underneath.
A short walk from the property you will find yourself in the centre of the town with all the amenities it has to offer such as your seaside gift shops, convenience stores, pubs and restaurants. If you enjoy a swing at golf, there are multiple courses close by to the property. In Blackpool try your luck in the amusements, or if you are a thrill seeker then spend the day at Blackpool Pleasure Beach theme park, there is also a Madame Tussauds. There are many walking routes from the property with the most popular being Wolfhole Crag and the trail of the Way of the Roses. There are many things to do in this location to suit all family and friends, having Lytham House as your base is the best way to finish off the day!

Tucked away in the popular town of Lytham and just a few minutes’ walk from the picturesque coastline is the superb Honeybee Cottage. Golfers, be sure to pack your clubs as you’ll want to take advantage of Royal Lytham and Fairhaven Golf Club; or alternatively you can spend the day at neighbouring St Anne’s where you’ll find a Victorian pier, glorious sandy beach, and lively shopping centre. Further round the coast is the bustling seaside resort of Blackpool, home to the thrilling Pleasure Beach, Tower, Sandcastle Water Park, and Sea World to name but a few attractions. There’s also Blackpool Zoo which animal lovers are sure to appreciate.
Swapping the coast for countryside, the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is accessible in around an hour’s drive, as is the southern Lake District National Park. You really are spoilt for choice!

Just a few miles further will take you to the rolling sand dunes of Lytham St Anne’s and the cosmopolitan Lytham which holds annual events such as The Proms and a kite festival. Venture inland and you’ll find the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, known for its picturesque country villages, wonderful walking and friendly local pubs. The Yorkshire Dales National Park is also within easy reach as is the Lake District National Park.

The Forest of Bowland, which is one of the UK’s designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, covers over 300 square miles of rural Lancashire, and North Yorkshire is right on the doorstep.
