It is all on the ground floor and wherever possible the owners have retained the barns original features. On approach, you will come up a private drive flanked by natural paddocks. The property is ahead of you with originally styled shutter doors over the floor to ceiling windows. The open plan living space is light and airy with beams but equally cosy with the wood burner. To the back of the barn you can enjoy the private garden with a sun terrace. In the grounds, guests can enjoy walks but also have access to the owner’s tennis court.

Great Yarmouth is another popular seaside town and has a famous greyhound race track. Just down the road is Kessingland beach and a visit to Africa Wild is well worth a visit. Head inland and you can explore the Norfolk Broads National Park, a unique wetland that can be discovered on foot, bike, or by boat. This natural landscape is home to rare wildlife and is particularly popular with birdwatchers.
