If you are worried about missing out on golf fear not! Perranporth Golf Course is very closely located to the site. For a water-fuelled adrenaline rush, have a go at surfing - you know you want to! More sedate water sports include paddle boarding, boat trips and kayaking, which are all available close by. Whatever floats your boat, you will find it in this wonderful holiday destination. Whether you are coming as a couple or a family, you are bound to want to return.

Enjoying uninterrupted views of the award-winning Mawgan Porth beach, this fantastic beach house is surrounded by a third of an acre of beautifully kept gardens with a large, sea facing, sun trap decking area, overlooking gently sloping lawns and a pretty stream that trickles down to the sea below. Solar panels help heat the house and water while providing free electrical car charging for our guests’ electric vehicle.

Over the past year (2022), the house has been renovated to the highest standards by one of the country’s leading interior designers and offers plenty of living space all benefitting from exceptional sea views and floor to ceiling sliding doors leading to a large decking area. The large circular fireplace makes for cosy evenings during the Autumn and Winter months. The brand-new handmade kitchen is well supplied with all creature comforts from a juicer to a selection of coffee machines, including a Nespresso. A door leads into a separate TV room with a big corner sofa, both with fabulous sea views and door to the terrace. Three ground floor bedrooms, ome with chandelier, two with those stunning views. A beautiful glass and oak staircase leads from the entrance hall up to the first floor where you will find three more bedrooms; a double bedroom with en-suite shower room; a large twin bedroom with large en-suite shower room, and one with a TV and sofa bed which enjoys the best views of all.

The beach is just a 5-minute walk away from the garden gate. Off the drive, there is a lawned area and to the side of the house a heated outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. The equipment store has a range of children’s wetsuits and storage for boards. Once cleaned off, you can luxuriate in the state-of-the-art Aspen and Spruce spa with a sauna, experiential shower plus cold water bucket for the brave. Situated mid-way between Padstow and Newquay, Mawgan Porth offers you a beautiful west facing beach, stunning scenery, wondrous walks, superb surfing, an amazing variety of restaurants to suit everyone’s taste and pocket, including a cosy pub, seafood restaurant, cafés, and takeaways all within walking distance of Blue Seas. This spacious, detached, dog-friendly holiday cottage is set over three floors with three bathrooms, and has a lovely hand-built kitchen with dresser and large dining table. Rock is a 5 mile drive from Post Isaac, where you can enjoy the many watersports on offer. You can walk or cycle along the Camel Trail, a disused railway line that follows the Camel Estuary to the market town of Wadebridge and beyond to Bodmin. You can also take a ferry from Rock to Padstow, where you will find many shops, pubs and restaurants, including Rick Stein’s fish restaurant.This holiday cottage is ideally situated to visit the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer including The Eden Project, a zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium at Newquay, as well as many gardens and NT properties close by. Visit the quaint harbour towns of Newlyn and Mousehole, and the romantic open air Minack Theatre is just a short drive away, built in to the cliff face overlooking the beautiful beach at Porthcurno, with stunning performances throughout the year. Surf at Sennen beach or walk along the glorious white sandy beach or cliff top to Lands End. Fishing is available locally, and the area is popular for bird watching with the marshes at Marazion and Hayle attracting bird and wildlife enthusiasts from around the world. Chy-an-Brae is Cornish for house on the hill, as the property is located in one of Newquay’s prime locations, Marcus Hill. The property is a six bedroom house set over three floors.

The location is ideal as it is central to Newquay town centre and beaches. Within walking distance there are an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, and many attractions including Newquay Zoo, The Lighthouse Cinema, The Blue Reef Aquarium and Buccaneer Bay, a journey through old Cornwall’s coves and lanes complete with Pirates!

Ponsgwedhen is a detached holiday bungalow set in an elevated position overlooking Coverack Bay, with great sea views. Coverack is located on the Lizard Peninsula, the most southerly point of mainland Britain. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has unspoiled fishing villages, tucked away beaches and coves, spectacular coastal walks and breathtaking scenery. The area is ideal for walking, bird watching, water sports, fishing and golf. There is also a nature reserve within 3 miles. Within easy reach are Falmouth with its harbour and marinas, the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. Shops, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
