    The front door leads to a vestibule with a boot rack and coat hooks, leading into the kitchen. The kitchen is bright and equipped with everything you may need, along with a small breakfast area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The original pantry is located off the kitchen providing extra storage, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room where you will find a cosy sofa and armchair, plus a dining table and chairs. This room also benefits from a wood burner, TV, and DVD player. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, one double, and the other a twin, both beautifully furnished, with ample storage. The contemporary bathroom is also on this floor and features a large walk-in shower, sink with vanity unit, mirror, toilet, and heated towel rail. We recommend settling in and then popping next door to a hotel where you can sample their traditional beers, excellent wines, and homemade food. A restaurant serving tasty food and drink is also within walking distance.
    Conder Green is a pretty location near Lancaster and is a fine place for a walk, bike ride, or kayaking. The area includes the picturesque Glasson Dock, the Lancaster Canal, and views of the tidal River Conder which runs through the area. This dog-friendly cottage is the ideal starting point for visiting The Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, and other regions of Lancashire, including the coastal towns of Morecambe, Blackpool, and Arnside. Lancaster University and Lancaster city centre are both within a 10-minute drive.
    You can walk, cycle, bird watch, and boat at Conder Green, which is located beside the picturesque salt marshes of the Lune estuary. If you love the outdoors and being close to water, this property won’t disappoint!

    Apart from being accessible for the coast, Carr End Barn A is also well-placed for exploring rural Lancashire. Ribble Valley with its pretty villages is within an hour’s drive, and it’s an excellent choice for walks and country pubs. The Forest of Bowland, which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, can also be reached within an hour’s drive.
