Each property benefits from their own private garden and 4 of them have their own hot tubs too (Sandpiper does not).
Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve is within walking distance and is well known for its unspoilt coastline that runs southwards from the edge of Skegness to the mouth of the Wash. The impressive views along with the sheer scale and diversity of wildlife makes it well worth visiting at all times of the year. There is also a visitor centre and café for refreshment.
Skegness is a fantastic traditional seaside resort and has something for all the family to enjoy from its funfair, amusements, aquarium and award winning sandy beaches to its range of restaurants, bars and nightlife. Watching the Banger racing is sure to make for a fun family day out and in the summer you can enjoy a donkey ride along the beach. An 18-hole links golf course is also within a mile.
Alternatively head inland to the rolling Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Natural Beauty, and explore the market towns of Louth, Market Rasen and Horncastle. Enjoy the motor racing at Cadwell Park, the horse racing at Market Rasen or even a day out in the City of Lincoln, famous for its Cathedral and Castle. Ballypride is a semi-detached holiday home that sleeps four guests and two dogs. With a spacious living room and dining area you can get cosy on the massive corner sofa while enjoying Satellite TV on our 52’’ Phillips Ambilight TV with 9.1 Dolby Atmos Surround Sound System. With detachable side speakers you can place anywhere in the room for a truly cinematic experience, you’ll need some popcorn for those movies. If you fancy some fun you can fire up the Nintendo Switch and have some adventures with Mario. There are two controllers but you can bring your own if you need a four player tournament. Girvan has shops, restaurants, cafes and leisure areas. Within a 15-minute walk there is a swimming pool, amusement area, large children’s play area, boating pond (seasonal) and the harbour with links to fishing trips or boat tours. The property is handy for the train station with links to Glasgow and Ayr or you can travel one hour north and grab a ferry to the beautiful Isle of Arran, travel south for an hour and you can get a ferry to Belfast. The Ayrshire Coastal path runs through the town with numerous sandy beaches to visit and walking trails to explore.

The area is steeped in history, with many ruined castles to discover, such as Dunure, Turnberry and Greenan. The world-famous Turnberry Resort is close by and in addition to golf it also has a fantastic spa and outdoor centre.

Gloriously located above the fishing village of Aberdaron at the western tip of the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula, this fabulous, bright and spacious semi-detached bungalow boasts modern interiors and a blissful hot tub. It is just a short stroll away from a lovely sandy beach and a fine selection of cafés, restaurants and shops.
Within the village is Porth y Swnt, the National Trust’s interpretation centre, which is a great place to learn about the area’s rich history, culture and environment, and is really useful for getting great ideas for days out during your stay.
The Wales Coastal Path runs close by and with many beautiful walks starting from the village, Benlli is in a wonderful location for both traditional family seaside holidays and those seeking a more active break.

Bod Eithin is spacious and furnished to a high standard. It is ideally located for families, as it is a short walk from the award winning 4 mile long, sandy Harlech beach. It is regularly awarded as one of the finest beaches in Wales and is backed by protected sand dunes. Being a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), Morfa Harlech is now a National Nation Reserve, one of only 70 in the UK. It boasts numerous important sanctuaries for wildlife. In spring and summer keep an eye out for the three-coloured dune pansy, the pyramidal orchid or even the scarce bee orchid. When in ?ower, the dry dune grasslands are home to a number of butter?ies and moths, such as the six-spot burnet moth and the common blue and small copper butter?ies.
Other insects such as some of our rarest mining bees who depend on bare sand and you may spot a sand lizard, too. Ringed plover nest on the beach in spring and other birds such as the skylark and stonechat breed in the dunes, with redshank and lapwing using the saltmarsh. In winter wading birds such as oystercatcher, dunlin and sanderling feed along the shoreline, and wildfowl make use of the estuaries and saltmarsh.
Situated within the Snowdonia National Park, Bod Eithin is perfectly placed for reaching the tourist attractions of Zip World, Llanfair Slate Caverns, Shell Island, Portmeirion, Porthmadog, Barmouth, Beddgelert, the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways and Coed-y-Brenin Forest. The town of Harlech is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, courtesy of Harlech Castle built in 1282 and a world record holder for the steepest street in the world at 37.54%, Fford pen Llech. The world renowned Royal St David’s Golf Course is opposite (a top 50 course in Great Britain & Ireland). Walkers, mountain bikers, climbers, bird watchers and fishermen will find plenty to test their skills in the area, and for those wanting to travel slightly further, Snowdon, the Lleyn Peninsula and Betws-y-Coed are all an easy scenic drive away. For those with a head for heights fast jets can be seen training and photographed as part of the Mach Loop and flights can be arranged from the nearby Snowdonia Flight School to take you over the summit of Snowdon. The town has a swimming pool and climbing wall with instructors available for helping young and old alike. There are excellent boutique restaurants and cafes in the town, (booking is essential in high season).

Brackenwood is a distinguished and spacious, six-bedroomed period house with a separate two-bedroom cottage annexe, located on the beautiful Wirral Peninsula. In a prominent elevated position, it borders extensive areas of natural beauty with direct access to the beautiful woodlands of Caldy Hill. Offering far-reaching views, the property is detached and gated with CCTV making it private and secure. Filled with as much history as it has character and charm, it offers flexible and usable accommodation. The main house covers three levels, is beautifully presented, and luxuriously modernised to match the needs of today’s living. Upon entering via the original period front door, the grand entrance hall opens to a spacious sitting room where there’s a Fendi chaise lounge, comfy sofas, Smart TV, parquet flooring and beautiful Persian rugs. Next door is a spacious bedroom with a super kingsize bed and an elegant oak desk. The impressive underfloor heated kitchen/diner is based around a quartz top centre island and is a foodie’s dream. There are three inbuilt fridges (including a bespoke drinks fridge), plus a large larder freezer - perfect for entertaining. The AEG ovens and microwave are at eye level and self-cleaning; there’s a Nespresso coffee machine and an Alexa. The large dining table and soft seating space is flooded with natural light thanks to huge bi-fold doors, and the utility houses a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer. Finally there’s a downstairs toilet.
On the first floor is the master suite with super kingsize bed, sofa seating and TV. It has a vast en-suite with stand-alone bath and power shower. There are three further double bedrooms, of which one is en-suite, and the main family bathroom. The second floor boasts another luxurious bedroom with sky lights and en-suite facilities, and many of the bedrooms can be offered as twin upon request. All beds have pocket sprung luxury mattresses with 200-thread-count cotton linen, and duvets and pillows are ethically sourced goose/duck down.

Finished to a high specification throughout, it includes a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower. The showroom kitchen is fully equipped making it completely self-contained; it’s modern, elegant, and comfortable.
The extensive landscaped grounds are equally impressive and offer the ultimate outdoor experience. The spacious sun terrace overlooks the Wirral Peninsula and includes a hot tub, sauna, outdoor ping pong and XL gas BBQ and grill. The gardens have been lovingly maintained and play host to different feature patio areas. There’s a delightful putting green designed by the Head Greenkeeper at Royal Liverpool Golf Club, that meanders down to a secluded fish pond, and the rear gardens enjoy a swing set for children and can be enclosed for both children and pets.
Brackenwood resides in a hugely popular location in the prestigious village of Caldy, a mere mile from the many attractions and services of West Kirby, including a fabulous array of beaches. West Kirby boasts the historic Hilbre Islands, the stunning Marine Lake and numerous boutique shops, restaurants and bars. The Wirral has an excellent range of leisure pursuits within its vicinity including sailing on the Dee Estuary, golf at the Royal Liverpool Golf Club and horse racing at Chester and Aintree. The cities of Liverpool and Chester provide a metropolitan range of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Auchendennan Farm Cottage (SLLX) is a single-storey holiday cottage; within the house there is a large family sauna which can be used as an ideal way to unwind. Outside on the sun decking, there is a sunken hot tub which is large enough for all the family and powerful enough to give tired muscles a proper massage. Rose Cottage (SRRG) is a single-storey conversion adjoining the owner’s farmhouse. Combining modern and traditional furnishings, the property boasts a superb hot tub and external sun decked area for relaxing and unwinding. Burnbeag (SVVE) is a stunning, detached cottage to the rear of the steadings and has a stream running through its private enclosed garden, which has a decked area and hot tub. Courtyard Studio (SVVD) is a single-storey barn conversion set in the courtyard, behind the main house. Chestnut Cottage (SXXO), Willow Cottage (SXXP), Primrose Cottage (SXXQ) and Ivy Cottage (SXXR) are all pretty single-storey, semi-detached holiday cottages, with open-plan living areas and a cosy, wood-burning stove.
In summer, Loch Lomond’s ancient oak woods ring with birdsong. Look out for redstarts, pied flycatchers and wood warblers. Ospreys are summer visitors to the loch and nearby Lake of Menteith. In the high country of Breadalbane, golden eagles may be seen soaring over mountain slopes richly carpeted in alpine plants. Watch out for porpoises and seals and glimpse Loch Lomond’s herd of fallow deer as they bound through the trees. Loch Lomond and Loch Earn are some of Scotland’s prime venues for sailing and water-skiing, while the rivers Balvaig and Teith are popular with canoeists. The Teith is also a great salmon river and one of many places popular with anglers. For golfing enthusiasts, the famous courses of Loch Lomond are just a short distance from the property, with an abundance of courses for all standards within easy reach.
Walking is a popular pursuit, from gentle low-level strolls to strenuous mountain climbs. Ben Lomond, Ben Lui, Ben Ime and Ben Vorlich are among the 21 Munros (mountains over 3000 feet). The West Highland Way stretches from the edge of Glasgow to Fort William, hugging the banks of Loch Lomond and passing through the spectacular mountain scenery of Strathfillan. There are great opportunities for cycling on and off road on National Cycle Network Route 7, which passes through the National Park from Balloch to Killin. Thanks to its proximity to the road network and with so much to see and do within easy driving distance, Castlebar makes the ideal touring base. It is conveniently located close to the Fylde Coast and just 5 miles from the popular seaside resort of Blackpool. Poulton-le-Fylde is just 1½ miles away which has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There are also lots of family friendly pubs in the area as well as play centres for the children. Activities available locally include golf, fishing and horse riding, as well as plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling.

Blackpool, whose many attractions include the famous Blackpool Tower, Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre, Madame Tussauds, Blackpool Zoo and Sandcastle Water Park, is just 5 miles away. For a more laid back seaside experience, Cleveleys, 5 miles, has an award-winning seafront, and the cosmopolitan town of Lytham St Annes, 13 miles, is famous for its 5 championship golf courses and annual Proms. Just 5 miles from the sandy beaches at Chapel St Leonards and within 15 minutes’ drive you have the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe, Fantasy Island, Butlins, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve and The Lincolnshire Wolds. A footpath through the field takes you to the village pub where you can have food, and is a 10-minute walk away, before you return to soak in the swim spa after a busy day out. For those wishing to enjoy a very popular gastro pub there is one at Skendleby approximately a 10-minute drive away.
