Kingfisher Oast is a Grade II listed building forming part of a country estate in the heart of Hollingbourne village.
The oast was used for the storage of hops, and there are cute markings in one of the bedrooms recording the hop pickers activities dating back to the mid 1700s. This delightful cottage lies in the picturesque Ithon Valley, conveniently situated on the A483, allowing access into the heart of this unspoilt region. Originally built in the 19th century, this tasteful refurbishment retains much original character and feel of this tranquil setting whilst providing all modern amenities.
