The Cider Barn is decorated and furnished to a very high standard by the owners who have years of experience in the hospitality industry, and the attention to detail is evident in every room.
Downstairs is a fabulous open plan living space, with wonderful Bi-folding doors that open to allow the outside in and giving you great views over the Blackdown hills. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need and the island unit opens it up to the rest of the room, so you can socialise while creating your next culinary masterpiece! The large Master bedroom on the ground floor has a stunning four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath and separate shower, while upstairs the second large bedroom features a wonderful kingsize bespoke bed, beautiful beamed vaulted ceiling and statement lighting. There is also a shower room upstairs with walk-in shower.
Outside you will find a Mediterranean style covered seating area complete with its own chandelier, barbecue area and private hot tub, all soaking up the wonderful views!
Set in the lovely village of Bishopswood, with the Somerset Wildlife Trust running adjacent to the property, you are only 5-minutes’ walk from the local pub and surrounded by miles of beautiful walks. The market town of Honiton is just 10 miles away and the beach at Lyme Regis can be reached within a 30-minute drive. Heading north, you will find the county town of Taunton with lots of restaurants, cinema, bowling and shopping, and within an hour’s drive you will find Glastonbury, Street, Minehead and the moors of Exmoor! Beach 18 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 250 yards.

This spacious, detached bungalow, accessed by a farm track, is a great size for those larger families, with a large kitchen/dining room, living room and conservatory. Nestled in the countryside just outside Howey, this property, set on a working farm, and is great for those wanting to explore the local area. The garden overlooks the fields of sheep, fabulous in the spring time as all the lambs will be jumping around the fields. The garden is enclosed, perfect for those wanting to bring their four legged friends (please note dogs must be on a lead at all times when walking across the land due to the livestock). There are footpaths running through the farm for guests to explore.
The property is just 3 miles from Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells, home to the Royal Welsh Showground which hosts many events throughout the year. Visit the lakes in Llandrindod Wells, walk around the park and enjoy the scenery. For those with children, Quackers Play Centre is only a couple of miles from the property, whilst the the National Cycle Museum in Llandrindod Wells is well worth a visit. For those wanting to go further afield, then the Elan Valley is approximately 10 miles away, where there are plenty of walks/cycle trails to explore, along with fabulous dams. There are golf courses in Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells and horse riding is available within 10 miles from the villa. After all that exploring, come back to the property and relax in the hot tub with a glass of something special. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub 2 miles.

Set in the most northerly town in Wales, on Anglesey, Eryl Mor is a spacious lodge done to a very good standard, this really is a home from home lodge with everything you’ll need and more. Inside is a spacious open plan living/dining room, a great social spot to sit and relax and chat about your day. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate utility area and breakfast bar, which flows effortlessly into the living/dining area, a fabulous entertaining space for everyone to enjoy. The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind, including hotel grade bedding for extra comfort, the master bedroom with en-suite shower room is sure to be a favourite. The main bathroom with roll-top bath is a splendid space to take a soak after a day of adventures and sightseeing. There’s ample decking space with separate seating area with a cosy summer house to snuggle up in, your four-legged friends are also catered for with plenty of enclosed space for them to have a run about in.

A few minutes walk from the lodge and you’ll meet one of Anglesey’s many coastal paths, no matter the weather the scenery is breath taking. There are many beaches within easy reach The Creek, a small cove in Bull Bay is less than a mile away, Lligwy beach less than 7 miles, Bychan Beach 8 miles, Cemaes Bay 5 miles to name a few! Parys Mountain one of the largest copper mines in the world, a must see location a few minutes away. Take a stroll around the network of paths and marvel at the spectacular copper colours surrounding the area. Amlwch harbour dates back to the Middle Ages once a bustling port is only one mile away; in Amlwch you’ll also find places to eat and local shops and pub. Maybe venture a little further and take a drive to Beaumaris home to a UNESCO World Heritage site, Beaumaris Castle, famously known as the castle that was never built! There’s water sports a plenty, boat trips and so much more to be enjoyed on this diverse island. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Just a short stroll to the river bank, these splendid cottages all have an enclosed garden with patio and hot tub, and offer lovely walks along the river bank and good cycle routes straight from the door. Salters Cottage (ref E5045), Chestnut Cottage (ref E5626) and Granary Cottage (ref E5626) are two-storey terraced cottages, and Field View (ref UKC2304) is a detached, single-storey barn conversion. Internally, these properties have been superbly converted and beautifully furnished and decorated.
Set close to the River Steeping, at the edge of the owners’ 80-acre arable farm, which guests are free to explore, there is the bonus of free river fishing within the grounds (license required). On the fringe of Wainfleet All Saints, and within a short walk, is a famous brewery which offers tours, an on-site pub and a bistro, these properties are perfect for exploring the area. Wainfleet All Saints is a quaint market town with an array of shops, pubs, restaurant and a railway station. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just 5 miles away, and has a lovely sandy beach and family entertainment, including the Fantasy Island theme park. The National Trust properties of Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are within easy driving distance. Visit bird and seal sanctuaries along the coast, or take a trip to medieval Lincoln, with its famous castle and cathedral, just 40 miles away, across the scenic, rolling Lincolnshire Wolds countryside. Dating back to the 17th Century, Hob Cote is a superb semi-detached stone built cottage in a peaceful and picturesque location just 1-mile from artsy Hebden Bridge. Completely renovated throughout in 2021, the cottage and surrounding grounds are simply stunning and come complete with private hot tub. Inside you’ll find beamed ceilings, an impressive stone fireplace boasting a wood burner and stylish wooden panelling to the walls. The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated and super comfortable, which with the peaceful surroundings guarantee a great night’s sleep.
Outside the grounds are delightful and offer stunning far reaching views. To the front you’ll find a south facing patio complete with a Lazy Susan garden set, perfect for sociable meals. To the rear however is the real pièce de resistance. As you step outside the back door you’re greeted by a carefully thought out barbecue and hot tub area offering both privacy and shelter. Beyond this is a further multi layered garden which quite uniquely has a hut at the top complete with wood burner, where you can sit and enjoy the views of the wooded valley below, no matter what the weather.
The location in Midgehole is semi-rural and on the edge of the National Trust owned beauty spot of Hardcastle Crags. Here you can stroll amongst woodland, waterfalls and streams and visit the café at Gibson Mill which offers a range of snacks. Countless other public footpaths are available in the area including the picturesque river path down into Hebden Bridge, which was the UK’s first ‘walkers are welcome’ accredited town. In Hebden Bridge you’ll find a bustling collection of independent shops, bars and cafés as well as a 1920’s Art Deco cinema and a live music venue. Hebden Bridge train station is in the centre of the town and offers a direct service to both Manchester, 30 minutes, and Leeds, 60 minutes, and both the Peak District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks can be reached in around an hours drive.
Due to the age of the property it should be noted that head height is restricted through some doorways; and the stairs are not suitable for guests with restricted mobility, or young children. The stairs are steep, open sided and the treads are not consistent in size.

Owl Barn is situated in a peaceful, rural location between Boston and Skegness. The property is also close to RSPB Frampton marsh which is just 20 minutes drive away and is a very popular spot for birdwatchers and nature lovers to visit. For those visiting shows at Sheepgate Equestrian, Owl barn will make the perfect base as it only 2 miles away. Boston, famous for its Stump and for St Botolph’s Church which sits alongside its market place. There is also the Maud Foster Windmill which is always worth visiting, along with many good shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs for refreshment.
To the north is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, great for a family day out with its fun fair, amusements, pier, aquarium, and long sandy beaches for strolling alongside the sea. After a day out you can return to your own cosy wood burner and a private hot tub where you can sit back and relax with open views across the fields. There are many good walks and cycle routes throughout the area, so there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. Beach 17½ miles. Shop 1.5 miles and pub 1 mile.

This delightful lodge is a home away from home and an ideal choice for families and friends to enjoy local attractions and walks right on your doorstep. Altham is a quiet village in the borough of Hyndburn, Lancashire.
Entering the property from the wraparound decking you will find a cosy living room with plenty of space for everyone! Benefitting from contemporary sofas, a huge 75" TV and a modern wood burner, this room is the heart of the lodge and perfect for a movie night or place to rest of your feet after a day exploring! This room really sets the scene for a family night in or a place to rest and plan your days’ activities. Through to the next room you will find a double bedroom with a bunk bed comprising a double and single bed. Then on to a good-sized kitchen where there is plenty of space to prepare those home cooked meals. There is also a modern and spacious bathroom benefitting from a walk-in shower, low level toilet and pedestal wash hand basin. The master bedroom consists of a modern double bed with TV at the bottom and two bedside tables.

A village pub, local shops, petrol station and takeaways all within a few miles. A popular and scenic area, Pendle Hill is within easy reach of the site as is the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which offers ample opportunity for remote walking and cycling away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. An easy journey under one hour will take you to the city of Preston in one direction and historic Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales National Park in the other. Pub and restaurant ¾ mile.

This wonderful cottage has the perfect village location, walking distance to the village pub, and a great location to explore Norfolk’s amazing sandy coastline and its famous Norfolk Broads National Park.

Enjoy a trip through wonderful countryside along the Bure Valley Steam Railway, with opportunity to jump on and off at the riverside villages of Coltishall and Buxton or stay on board and travel to the pretty market town of Aylsham, with eateries, market square with shops and cafes. Daily boat hire is available at nearby Hickling Broad and Potter Heigham, ½ mile and 3½ miles away respectively.
Cyclists and walkers can enjoy the quiet country lanes and trails within the surrounding area. Nearby attractions include many National Trust properties including Blickling and Felbrigg Hall and Horsey Windpump. This delightful semi-detached barn is set in a tranquil setting in a village on the edge of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. Based on a small working farm that is steeped in history dating back to the late 10th century and with views over open countryside and backing onto an impressive village church it makes it the perfect rural getaway.
You will a number of rambling paths and the Cotswolds Way on your door step. Jump in the car and within twenty minutes you will find the historic towns of Gloucester where parts of Harry Potter films were made in the imposing Gloucester Cathedral and also the chic spa town of Cheltenham wits its impressive shopping, restaurants and buzzing bar scene.
The barn offers an open plan sitting room/diner, kitchen and two large bedrooms with original beams. It also has its own private hot tub which is available until 31st October 2024, and courtyard where you can sit and watch the sun go down while enjoying a barbecue with your family and friends.
