    The house is very spacious with a large hallway entrance, living room, an open plan kitchen diner and two sets of bifold doors. The dining table and chairs provides a great space to enjoy a home cooked meal and the kitchen is well-equipped with a double electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and wine cooler, a large island worktop and a Smart TV making it a home from home. The handy utility room next door has a fridge/ freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room offers a cosy place to unwind after a busy day exploring Cornwall, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Freeview.

    Head upstairs to discover the four stylish bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. The first has a super kingsize bed, a sofa bed, a large flat screen TV and an en-suite shower room. Two of the bedrooms each have a kingsize bed and share use of the family bathroom which has a bath with a handheld shower attachment and a shower cubicle. The fourth bedroom is set-up with two sets of double-sized bunk beds which can accommodate up to eight guests, plus a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room.     Nancarrow is perfectly situated just a 12-minute walk from Porthminster beach, 15 minutes to Carbis Bay and 15 minutes to the harbour. Alternatively, there is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you one stop down to St Ives. Positioned south of St Ives, Carbis Bay plays host to a popular family beach and is often frequented by walkers enjoying the delights and challenges of the South West Coastal Path. The neighbouring seaside resort of St Ives is renowned for its artists who constantly draw inspiration from the landscape whilst also being the home of Tate St Ives.
