The second bedroom has a large king-size bed, hanging space and chest of drawers, and the third, spacious bedroom offers a single bed with underneath pull out and separate bunk beds - which are great for younger children or teenagers. On this floor, you’ll also find the luxurious family bathroom plus a second shower room.
    St Mawes village offers a variety of shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance from the property. From St Mawes harbour, you can take the ferry across the bay to Falmouth for more shopping, attractions and beaches, or staying on the Roseland, the pretty villages of Portscatho and Portloe are within easy reach by car. The Roseland Peninsula offers plenty to do, including sailing, kayaking and beautiful walks along the South West Coastal Path.

Take a stroll through the beautiful valley and woodland heading towards Hessenford or explore the coast and its fascinating rock pools between Downderry and Seaton, where there are pubs and a beach café. Access to the front door of the Manor is by three stone steps. Some of the accommodation features four poster beds, some offer spa baths and some offer saunas.
    Heron is a first floor studio-style apartment, whilst Riverview and Riverbank enjoy a secluded position on the banks of the small cascading river, with pretty aspects across the river and parkland towards the lake – these two cottages include special features to make them suitable for wheelchair users.
    Lakeview stands about 75 yards from the manor, in an enviable position overlooking the fishing lake, and enjoys particularly beautiful views from its first floor living room and large balcony.
    Rosecraddoc Manor is surrounded by 35 acres of natural gardens and bluebell woods that beckon to you to stroll along its footpaths.
