The Old Farmhouse located in Inner Fentonadle is a stunning granite property which was fully renovated in 2021. The owners have taken every care to maintain the beautiful decor throughout to ensure a you receive a warm welcome and can enjoy the property’s spaciousness. There are three living rooms, one with a couple of sumptuous chairs in front of the woodburner, a bright and airy open plan kitchen / dining area and then four bedrooms upstairs all of which continue the high standards and attention to detail that the owners have worked so hard to put in place. The mature garden provides plenty of exterior space for children or dogs to play, or simply relax and enjoy the far-reaching rural views across farmland and wooded valleys.
Only minutes from the spectacular Bodmin Moor, two miles from the start of The Camel Trail, and a short drive to the magnificent north coast, with its breath-taking cliffs, secluded coves and beaches and easy access to Cornwall’s main highways, this original farmhouse is ideally suited for your holiday exploring Cornwall, whatever your interests.
Within 15 minutes, you can be at Trebarwith Strand beach, the legendary Tintagel and its famous castle and the stunning fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac. Popular Rock, Padstow and the lifeguard patrolled Polzeath beach with surf schools aplenty are only minutes further. Inland you can hire bikes at Wenfordbridge, the beginning of The Camel Trail; a near flat, largely traffic-free trail following the old railway line to Padstow, explore nearby Pencarrow House and Gardens or sample the wines at The Camel Vineyard. Nearby, Bodmin is home to the infamous Jail and its newly opened attractions. The world-famous smugglers haunt of Jamaica Inn, immortalised by Daphne du Maurier, or the more peaceful National Trust’s Lanhydrock House.
The Old Farmhouse has great access to the whole of Cornwall, so you can easily plan your exploration of this gorgeous county, whether visiting Eden Project on the South Coast or heading further West towards Lands End.

Kelly Green Mill is part of the Lamellen Estate which has been in the family for generations. It was a barn and mill for cattle feeds and part of Kelly Green farm. Recently, new buildings have replaced the old and the farm has been moved away. The Property has views up the Allen valley and the garden, mostly grass and shrubs, is about 2 acres. There is a fence along the River Allen, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Kelly Green Mill has all amenities that you can think of for a perfect family holiday including a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area, a games room with a half size snooker/pool table, snug room with TV, DVD, children’s games and a separate TV which can also be used for gaming.
With excellent access to the A39 all of the delights of the north Cornwall coast are within easy reach, the golden sandy beaches are plentiful from Trebarwith Strand to Newquay, and you are thoroughly spoilt for choice. The quaint fishing village of Port Isaac is 10 minutes away and is famed for being an artist’s retreat and a film location for the likes of Doc Martin and Poldark. Padstow, and Rock, on the opposite bank of the Camel Estuary are both well worth a visit and there is a plethora of restaurants to suit all tastes from Michelin starred fine dining to cosy Cornish pubs with great home cooked food. Our largest cottage at Tresooth, Trelawney is a two storey unit with a private courtyard and hot tub, located in the central stone courtyard. 

Beautiful views along the Cornish coast greet visitors to this single-storey, light and spacious property. The property features a split level, open plan living and dining area, each with bi-fold doors opening out onto patio areas, affording stunning sea views, with gardens front and back. Dog friendly, this is the perfect place from which to explore this unique part of Cornwall.
The house is tastefully furnished and comfortable all year round with a wood burner and central heating. Standing on the headland above the picturesque village of Port Gaverne, the house is a few steps from the north Cornwall coastal path. The beach at Port Gaverne is a 6-7 minute walk away and a little further is Port Isaac, with its huddle of slate houses and narrow alleyways.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is great for catering and cooking the fresh local produce. There are two excellent fish shops in Port Isaac that sell their daily catch of fish and shellfish; specialities are crab and lobster.
Local lamb, beef and pork are all available at the nearby farm shop, which has wonderful views overlooking the sea.
Famous now as the setting for the TV series ’Doc Martin’, Port Isaac is a working fishing village with shops, bars and several top-quality restaurants.
This area is now renowned as a ’foodie paradise’, with several celebrity chefs located here and the area is very well served by a whole variety of dining places to fit every pocket.
Close by is a hotel and next door is a bistro, which has indoor and outdoor dining. There are two Michelin starred restaurants in Port Isaac run by Nathan Outlaw. Nearby in Padstow is Paul Ainsworth’s Michelin starred restaurant and he has a great pub too. Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and Cookery School are in Padstow. Rick Stein also has a number of other restaurants with varying price ranges.
This is an ideal spot for those who enjoy coastal walks, bird watching, golf, fishing, surfing, sailing, kayaking, cycling or just lazing on the beach. Polzeath’s famous surf attracts all comers, and its glorious sandy beach is just a short drive away. The cliffs, caves and rock pools are a children’s paradise.
Within an easy drive are Padstow, Tintagel, Boscastle, Bude and Wadebridge.
Wadebridge hosts one end of the Camel Trail, with a 5-mile dedicated cycle ride to Padstow on the old railway track, alongside the picturesque Camel Estuary. To the north stands Tintagel’s medieval castle and the quaint fishing village of Boscastle, with Crackington Haven and Bude a little further on. Inland lies Jamaica Inn and Bodmin Moor, the setting for the ’Poldark’ stories.
A few minutes’ walk away is a water sports centre, Cornish Rock Tors, based on the beach at Port Gaverne. They offer kayaking, paddle boarding and coasteering for individuals and groups. Polzeath’s famous surf attracts all comers, and its glorious sandy beach is just a short drive away. Water sports can be enjoyed at Rock, from where a passenger ferry crosses the Camel Estuary to the town of Padstow. Daymer Bay has another glorious sandy beach, and the golf course at St Enodoc is open to the public. John Betjeman, the late Poet Laureate, is buried at St Enodoc Church, with its twisted spire.

This historic, spacious, terraced, 500-year-old former church house sits peacefully beside the village green and war memorial, in front of the 12th-century Norman church of St Andrews. The house has been lovingly restored and retains many original features.
The large living room and dining area, with its 16th-century ceiling beams, are great for a family gathering, or a cosy night in beside the wood burner. There is a small part-covered, shady, internal courtyard room with a flagstone floor, fountain, window seat and small outdoor table and chairs.
All 4 double bedrooms have either cupboard or hanging rack space for clothes/storage. The second floor bedroom runs the length of the cottage and has huge, original 16th-century A-frame roof beams and three, heritage Velux-style windows. Removable blackout blinds are available for guests who wish to use them.
The cottage is just a few steps from the village post office, shop and an excellent hair salon. Just beyond that are the two village pubs, The Tree Inn and The Kings Arms.
Jalna is the perfect coastal holiday choice close to the Victorian seaside town of Bude with its glorious sandy beaches and breath-taking South West coastal path scenery. It is the ideal escape venue in which to spend time with friends and family.
Bude is incredibly popular all year round, with its castle heritage centre, a vibrant town centre and an array of restaurants and bars, together with two sandy beaches and the nearby coastal path. It retains its Victorian charm whilst offering something for everyone. The food scene around Stratton and Bude has really taken off. There are regular food markets and artisan pop-ups in addition to the array of restaurants, bakeries and wine merchants.
The Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club is close by. Paddle boarding, surfing, golf, tennis, horse riding and fishing are all on offer in the area. The internationally acclaimed annual jazz festival is fantastic and not to be missed. The Splash leisure centre, with an indoor swimming pool and ten-pin bowling alley, is a short drive away.
Widemouth Bay is only 3 miles further down the coast and has a stunning beach. The picturesque fishing villages of Rock and Padstow are within easy driving distance, as is the mysterious Tintagel Castle of Arthurian legend. The wild beauty of Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are all easily reached, as is the famous Eden Project. For family fun, the Big Sheep and Milky Way adventure parks are not to be missed. The Camel Trail can be accessed in nearby Wadebridge, where bikes can be hired to cycle to Padstow. Nearest beach is under 2 miles. Shop and post office 20 yards, pub and restaurant are 50 yards from Jalna.

This well-appointed house is set within its own grounds and comfortably accommodates nine guests. It’s ideal for groups of friends and families and there’s plenty of parking on the driveway too.

In the kitchen hop onto one of the stools at the breakfast bar and chatter over a morning coffee, whilst in the open plan living space there’s plenty of seating for everyone. Put your favourite show on the large Smart TV and relax, there’s even a TV in the dining room too! Patio doors lead out to the garden which is perfect for your four-legged friend or for the kids to burn off some energy. Whether you prefer a refreshing shower or a nice soak in the bath to start or end your day, there’s a choice of en-suites in four of the five bedrooms...take your pick!

The picturesque village of Charlestown with shops, restaurants and bars is a short stroll away, but what it’s famous for is its harbour and tall ships. One visit to this area of South Cornwall won’t be enough.
