22 Sea is a beautifully presented end of terrace house nestled in a quiet corner of ‘The Bay’, a purpose built holiday village overlooking Filey bay on the picturesque North Yorkshire coastline. With open plan living, and stunning full height windows providing access to a first floor balcony.

The sitting room features large deep filled sofas placed around a traditional wood burning stove; ideal for cooler winter months. Here you can relax and unwind after a long day at the beach whilst catching up on your favourite holiday movie. The modern kitchen sits to one side and the appliances include both a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The dining table provides plenty of seating for six and is ideally placed to enjoy a family breakfast or delicious home cooked evening meal.
Two sets of bi-fold doors provide access to a covered patio area and flood the room with natural light. An understairs cupboard provides space for storage and a WC completes the ground floor accommodation.
Take the stairs to the first floor and you will find two stunning and spacious bedrooms, a kingsize double and a double room with traditional bunk beds. Both bedrooms offer the ’wow’ factor with vaulted ceilings and full height cathedral windows which open up to provide access to a full length, south facing balcony with lovely views across the holiday park. Here you can sit and enjoy an early morning coffee or perhaps a relaxing glass of wine after a busy day.
Completing the interior is a spacious bathroom, featuring a shower over bath.
Outside of the house is a covered patio area with a table and chairs and a brick-built BBQ; a real sun trap which can be accessed from the open plan living area. A peaceful and secluded spot to sit and relax (not enclosed). This holiday home welcomes dogs and there are miles of dog-friendly beaches to explore and also a meadow for them to enjoy.
The Bay has many facilities to make your stay enjoyable including a coffee shop, convenience store, pharmacy, and the John Paul Jones family pub and restaurant. It also boasts a leisure complex comprising of an indoor, heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. You can also enjoy a game of tennis or hone your archery skills (additional charges apply).
Just a short drive away is the traditional seaside town of Filey where you can find a plethora of tea rooms, restaurants and pubs alongside amusement arcades and shops selling holiday essentials such as buckets and spades! This beautiful part of North Yorkshire offers something for everyone including miles of cycle routes and footpaths to explore including the breathtaking cliffs at Flamborough Headland. For golf fans enjoy a round on the beautiful Bridlington Links Golf Course. A little further afield is the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the historic City of York and the birthplace of Captain James Cook, Whitby. This wonderful property has to be experienced first-hand. A labour of love by the owner, who occupies the original station, this fully renovated carriage will provide a memorable and exciting holiday for up to four guests.
This 1922 carriage couples modern design with touches of historic charm. The open plan living space has a sofa, two armchairs, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have new furnishings with en-suite shower rooms and the light fittings in the living area are from the Orient Express.
Horsebridge Station was one of the stops on the Sprat and Winkle line after which the carriage got its name. With patio furniture for four and barbecue, enjoy the feeling that the train stopped just for you.
At the end of the station drive you’ll find the charming John O’Gaunt pub, a delightful place for a drink before or after a stroll along the famous Test Way, which follows the course of the railway line just 100 metres from the station.
There is ample parking, a play area for children in the garden, which is also suitable for a dog to run around. Table tennis is available on request. There is a resident friendly labrador, and Coco the cat.

This stunning, seaside cottage is located just 10 yards from beach, in the beautiful village of Kingsdown. Violet Cottage has been lovingly decorated and furnished to a very good standard. It appeals to many different guests including families, friends, couples and pets!

Inspired by the surrounding landscape, Violet Cottage has a seaside theme and plenty of charm. There are three comfortable bedrooms all with sea views, one room hosts a kingsize bed, one with a double bed and the other offers a bunk bed. French doors from the living room lead onto a delightful terrace, with views over the sea grass to the pebbly beach. For the winter months, enjoy the warmth of the wood burner in the living room, plan the next day’s activities and relax in peace and quiet.
The local pub is a stone’s throw away which offers a wide range of local ales. Take a trip back in time with Walmer and Deal Castles, explore the promenade of Deal and take a day trip to France from Dover. This cottage is the perfect location for a fantastic, family seaside break. Shop 300 yards, pub 50 yards and restaurant 3 miles.

Corton lies just north of Lowestoft, the most easterly point of the UK. Beachwood is set amongst a secluded woodland setting and has frontline sea views. It is also considered to be the one with the most private, quiet and secluded settings. The photographs of the interiors speak for themselves. The kitchen is well equipped according to our many extremely satisfied guests to date. Tea coffee and milk is provided so guests don’t arrive late and find they can’t make a hot drink. The huge decking stretches to the cliff edge with views onto the award-winning beach. Stunning sunrises each morning which, should you so wish, can be watched while you relax in the hot tub! At night it lights up via a button. String lights have now been installed which are on a timer, which creates a wonderful evening ambience. The beach is never busy which makes for relaxing walks in both summer and winter and is accessed via a lovely short walk through the woods. It is also a dog friendly beach year-round. There are no shops or plastic swings and slides at Ocean Glade. It is very peaceful, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. There is a pub a 10-minute walk into the centre of the village which serves food, plus a small shop which also sells newspapers and a Chinese takeaway that only takes cash. There is a shopping complex a few minutes’ drive away with plenty of free parking.
Beachwood is ideally located to explore both Suffolk and Norfolk. Visit the Norfolk Broads National Park, with its southern gateway, Oulton Broad, just a short drive away, with good restaurants and a wine bar. Lowestoft is an old-fashioned traditional town offering shopping, beaches, two piers with family entertainment and restaurants. The popular town of Southwold is about a 35-minute drive away. There is so much to do and see in the area and you would be advised to google your preferences for details etc. Far too much to write here!

Nearby Kirton has a good range of amenities including shops and pubs which is only a 10-minute walk away. Situated in between the historic towns of Spalding and Boston, you can visit the famous Boston ’Stump’, enjoy numerous good restaurants, shops, cafés and bars as well as the weekly markets and river boat rides.
For days out, the seaside resort of Skegness is approx. 45 minutes, and Hunstanton in Norfolk about an hour’s drive. Major cities surrounding within a 35-mile radius. Nature reserves at Frampton RSPB (10 mins car journey) and Gibraltor Point offer opportunity to see the migrating birds and wildlife as well as many miles of excellent walks. For cycle enthusiasts, there are some great cycle routes close by. While you’re surrounding yourself in romantic luxury see if you can spot the abundance of wildlife, including, squirrels, owls, bats, dragonflies, rabbits, robins, woodpeckers, various birds of prey and the occasional muntjac deer.

The foodies of the group will love the selection of local produce on offer here too, with a wonderful selection of local artisan shops to choose from.
Don’t worry if you haven’t packed the canoe or bikes, The Cotswold Water Park is within a few minutes’ drive offering a host of thrill seeking activities including water skiing, cable skiing, archery, shooting, paintballing, golf, aerial adventure, angling, horse riding, sailing, canoeing and rally driving. Scenic cycle tracks, nature trails and fishing abound. Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway and Cheltenham are all within easy reach by car too. However, you choose to spend your time at your stylish abode, splashing in the hot tub, leisurely walks around chocolate box villages steeped in history, kayaking the lakes, escaping into a good book, or simply reconnecting with friends and family Bramble Cottage will certainly not disappoint. A little further afield is the pretty town of Shaftesbury and the iconic ’Gold Hill’ and just half an hour from West Moors Country Park, with a high ropes course, miniature railway and bike hire make this a great day out for all ages!
