Situated at Lower Stanley, in the peaceful village of Gretton, this is the ideal location to enjoy the local landscape. Perfect for walkers, there are numerous paths from the door. The Lodge is attached to the owners’ house but provides privacy and space. Explore Winchcombe, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway, Chipping Campden and Evesham. For a day at the races, Cheltenham Racecourse is within easy reach. Stabling and grazing for horses by arrangement. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Bramley Barn is in a great location, situated in the village of Wick, a perfect holiday base for those who wish to explore the many attractions Wiltshire has to offer, or stay in and enjoy the house and its features. The barn is great for entertaining with a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen with island. There is plenty of parking on site and you’re only a 15-minute drive into the centre of Bath.
Socialise around the BBQ, hot tub and firepit in the garden. A rural setting with all the modern features and amenities, with adequate parking for up to ten cars.
Bath and Bristol are both less than 10 miles away and under 20 minutes away, also within a short drive are the picturesque villages of Lacock and Castle Combe, both favourite locations for TV and film directors. Lacock features in Harry Potter, Downton Abbey and Pride and Prejudice, and Castle Combe was the backdrop for War Horse.
Experience the Georgian city of Bath, only 7 miles away by car. With its famous architecture, the Jane Austen Centre, and thermal spa (Thermae), the city offers something for everybody. The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent, the famous Pulteney Bridge, and the Christmas markets are among the city’s many must see attractions. Nearby National Trust properties can be found within a short drive, as well as other stately homes. Head to Longleat Safari Park or visit Avebury and Stonehenge, all under an hour away.

Weston Cider is worth a visit, the kids can play at the adventure park whilst you sample and pick a tipple or two for the fridge. Don’t forget to pack your walking boots as Malvern Spa is just 7 miles up the road with its picturesque walks over the Malvern Hills and many bohemian independent shops. The cathedral city of Gloucester is just a short drive in the other direction, with its Victorian docks and designer retail outlet.
For some thrill-seeking adventures head to the Forest of Dean with its cycle tracks, and high rope Go Ape attraction (20 minutes away) with the Treetop Challenge and Forest Segways. Canoeing is within 30 minutes with the glorious Symonds Yat on the River Wye. Kayaking and paddle boarding also available at the Forest of Dean. Visit Eastnor Castle with family events include steam days, have a go at archery and circus days. Steam railways close by, and caving and off road driving for the thrill seekers too.

Forest Walk is a detached house situated in Mile End in The Forest of Dean. You’ll never be at a loss for something to see and do in the Forest of Dean. With the natural environment, fascinating history and heritage, an array of attractions and activities are to be had here. For cycling enthusiasts the cycle trail is just 5 minutes from Forest Walk. There are an array of activities and days out to be had, such as Symonds Yat rock, Puzzlewood, Clearwell Caves, and Coleford has its own Great Western Railway Museum. The cottage provides the perfect location for visitors with pets. The River Severn, 4 miles, Dean Heritage Centre, Dean Forest Railway and Tintern Abbey are all nearby. There is good fishing, RSPB reserves, riding, golf, tennis and excellent walking and cycling opportunities locally. Ross-on-Wye, Chepstow, Monmouth and the cathedral cities of Gloucester and Hereford are within easy driving distance.
