Murmuration Cottage is situated in a fantastic location, just off one of Whitby’s main streets in the town centre, yet hidden away on Rose and Crown Yard. This terraced cottage is named after the bird formations which you can see from the windows looking out towards the Abbey. Perfect for a romantic break or a small family, Murmuration Cottage has something for everyone. There is a spectacular view from the rear of the cottage of the Abbey and the East Cliff.

The wonderful gothic town of Whitby has something for everyone, from Whitby Abbey to the old town and its cobbled back streets complete with bazaars. Robin Hood’s Bay and Runswick Bay are just some of the highlights along the coast, whilst the medieval walled city of York is just an hours’ drive or train ride away.
