    Welcome to The Haven, located less than 500 yards to the award-winning Lowestoft beach, and only a 5-minute walk to Kensington Gardens where you will find tennis courts, a bowling green, boating lake, a tearoom and ice cream kiosk.
    The Haven has been recently renovated while retaining many original features, and provides comfortable accommodation perfect for larger groups seeking a comfortable and relaxing break.
    From the moment you step inside you’ll be impressed by the original stained glass front door and high ceilings giving an added feel of light and space. You are welcomed into the entrance hall providing ample room for coats and shoes, while the dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. The ground floor houses a comfortable living room, as well as a good sized sitting room. On the first floor are two super kingsize bedrooms alongside a double bedroom, a family bathroom and a shower room. The second floor features two twin rooms (one with a trundle bed), a further super kingsize bedroom (with a trundle bed), a bunk room, and a bathroom. Outside and you’ll find an enclosed garden with large patio area where you can relax.
    A perfect location to sit and enjoy the seafront location or use it as an excellent base for exploring. You are a short walk away from lots of restaurants, pubs and shops, with easy access to the Norfolk Broads National Park. Lowestoft has some fantastic beaches, and the Suffolk Heritage coast is full of pretty villages such as Southwold, Dunwich and Aldeburgh. The surrounding area provides plenty of opportunities for scenic walks, cycling, and wildlife observation, perfect for nature enthusiasts. An abundance of breathtaking beaches are close by. If you would like to venture further afield, the railway station is close by with the train to Norwich only taking 38 minutes (or a 45 – 50-minute drive). Here you will find plenty of culture, heritage and history along with excellent shopping, restaurant and pubs. Other local and popular attractions include Oulton Broad, Somerleyton Gardens, Africa Alive, Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, Lowestoft Harbour and South Pier.
