Umberleigh, EnglandEastacombe is a traditional, detached village cottage that has undergone a complete transformation, having been totally renovated and extended in 2022/23. Access by car is easy to Eggesford Forest (10 miles towards Exeter), with the local country pub just a bit further along the A377 where you can have lunch before a walk in the woods. If you like a round of golf, more locally is Libbaton Golf Club at High Bickington, just 3 miles away, where anyone can have a game along with a beer or two and a meal.

Just 30 miles to the south is the historic city of Exeter.

Lanxton Barn is situated just outside the quiet hamlet of Coad’s Green, a few miles east of Bodmin Moor and with excellent access to both coasts, the A30 and also the stunning Tamar Valley. This rural location has very little light pollution and you can while away warm summer evenings gazing up at the stars above. There are dozens of excellent walks with Bodmin moor, the Tamar Valley and the north coast beaches all within easy reach. This is a working 100 acre farm so any dogs would have to be supervised and walked on leads if any animals are in the fields. At the top of the farm is the site of a hill fort with panoramic views stretching as far as Dartmoor. The farm has its own free range chickens and ducks with lovely farm fresh eggs available.
