Starlight is situated on 15 acres of the owner’s land with unspoilt countryside views, there are woodlands to enjoy and a stream running through the site. Starlight has been renovated to a high standard in 2021 and has wheelchair access paths around the site. The property consists of a large open plan space with smart TV, the kitchen area is well-equipped including a slide and hide electric oven. There is a spacious king size bedroom on the ground floor and a separate wet room. The first floor has two spacious bedrooms with super king size beds, one of which has a Smart TV and floor to ceiling windows with great views to the valley. A family bathroom with shower over bath completes the picture. Private decked area with private hot tub and a firepit on request, perfect for watching the sunset or gazing through the dark skies at the stars.

Located just 20 minutes from Carmarthen town centre with its vast array of shops and restaurants, Carmarthenshire has some fantastic walks around the Presili Hills and National Botanic Gardens of Wales. Nearby, explore the historic castles of Kidwelly, Dynevor and Carew, and learn the rich history of the medieval times. Spend days visiting the market towns of Carmarthen and Laugharne, which was home to the famous Welsh poet, Dylan Thomas, and is renowned for its iconic boat house, historic castle, and traditional Welsh pubs where fresh fish is always on the menu. Less than a 30-minute drive away are the coastal resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot, offering sandy beaches, boutique-style shops, and thrilling leisure parks, including Oakwood Theme Park and Folly Farm. Also worth a visit and nearby are the popular attractions of New Quay for dolphin watch and boat trips, Pembrey Country Park, Dinosaur Park, Skandavale, Carmarthen Bay Ferry, Millennium Coastal Park, Pembrokeshire Paragliding, Gwilli steam railway, Cenarth Falls and Aberglasney Gardens. Carmarthenshire is renowned for being the cycling hub of Wales, and for keen cyclists, the National Cycle Route 47 starting at Newport and finishing at Fishguard, goes all along the boundary and entrance of the property.

Moor Farm Lodge comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three lovingly furnished bedrooms, and features a private wood fired hot tub, the owner will supply a barrow of logs and kindling with fire lighters, perfect for discerning guests looking for a relaxing holiday.There is a also a new swimming pool in close proximity to the property that can be hired on an hourly basis.
Directly opposite the property lies a small fishing pond, and a children’s play area can also be found on-site too. There are plenty of animals on-site too including three donkeys, two goats, and when in season baby lambs and grazing cattle. If you can bear to tear yourself away from the site, you will find much to do and explore in the local area including the stunning North Norfolk Coastline. In just under half an hour, you can be in beautiful Wells-next-the-Sea, with a narrow gauge railway leading down to its wide sandy beach, boasting painted beach huts and a lovely mix of traditional and artisan seaside shops, cafés and restaurants. Alternatively, head to Blakeney Quay and enjoy a spot of crabbing, or head east to Cromer with its famous pier, Edwardian seafront and Amazonia Zoo.
Nature lovers will enjoy trips to Pensthorpe, Sheringham Park, Cley Marshes and indeed the famous Norfolk Broads. History buffs will enjoy exploring Blickling Hall, the Sandringham and Holkham Estates, North Norfolk Railway, the Thursford and Muckleburgh Collections and a host of small museums. Do make time for a visit to the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn too, and don’t forget Norwich with its award winning market, collection of boutique shopping, eateries, a splendid Norman castle and a host of museums, galleries and theatres too. After a busy day sightseeing, return to Moor Farm Lodge and relax and unwind in the lovely hot tub (please note this takes around 2-4 hours to heat and is wood-fired, offering a different experience to the typical bubbly Jacuzzi). Moorland Views is a quiet and secluded bespoke small site of comprising of four lodges. Set in the rural countryside area of Denbury, just outside of the market town of Newton Abbot.

The lodge benefits from outside enclosed decked area with hot tub perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day! Open plan living/kitchen/dining areas, a kingsize master bedroom as well as two bedrooms with twin beds in each. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower also, perfect for couples or individuals. Whilst being in a quiet rural location, the lodges are situated within a 5-minute drive of the local town of Denbury for any essentials needed. The larger nearby town of Newton Abbot is also just a 5-minute drive away with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The town also has a main train station for those wishing to travel down without a car.
Although set within the beautiful area of the South Hams, the towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, which make up the renowned ’English Riviera’, are just a short drive away. The city of Exeter and airport is also just 30 minutes’ away. Whatever you choose to do on your holiday, Moorland Views is a great relaxing base to start from.

A lovely holiday home for a family break with a private hot tub to relax in and enjoy. Just 4 miles from the sandy beaches of Chapel St Leonards which is a small seaside town north of Skegness. Anderby Creek is also the same distance away and with unspoilt beaches and a good cafe to enjoy is always popular for a day out. Within 20 mins drive for great family days out are Fantasy Island, Butlins as well as the traditional seaside resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness. With a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor Nurseries Cottage is ideal for those that are less mobile and the kitchen offers a good social area to enjoy with comfy seating as well as looking out onto the back garden and open fields to the front. In a semi-isolated position, in the rural hamlet of Upton Cressett, Orchard Cottage is surrounded by the most amazing scenery, with its own private hot tub and patio area in an enclosed garden and robes provided for your convenience. This amazing property is ideal for families and pet friendly holidays. Just 4 miles is the centre of Bridgnorth, with its castle ruins, fantastic river and countryside views, two railways, one steam and one funicular railway, and a good selection of shops bars and restaurants. Shropshire has many quaint towns and villages to visit including Much Wenlock, Ironbridge, Ludlow and Shrewsbury, all are accessible within a 30-minute drive. Activity centres are dotted around the county offering anything from clay shooting, high ropes and canoeing to mountain biking and Segway and quad trekking. Nearby is also the historical National Trust Attingham Park, Wenlock Edge and Cardingmill Valley, as well as Stokesay and Ludlow castles. The Secret Hills Discovery Centre and Acton Scott Working Farm are great for children, and the glider centre on the Long Mynd and horse racing at Ludlow are also available nearby. Owl Cottage can be found on a working sheep farm just a short walk from the cliff top village of Flamborough in North Yorkshire. One of a number of barn conversions offering dog friendly accommodation for six with underfloor heating throughout. Enter into the large living/dining room with Smart TV and feature stone wall. An electric wood effect fire sets the perfect ambiance for a relaxing evening. Find a selection of books and games for your enjoyment. A country style dining table provides and enjoyable place for family meals. The kitchen is well-equipped and a small breakfast table sits to one side. Owl Cottage is surrounded by open countryside and it’s only a short walk into the pretty village of Flamborough. Here you’ll find a couple of friendly pubs, fish and chip shops, tea rooms and well stocked convenience stores. Take a drive to Flamborough Lighthouse and watch the seals rest at low tide. The Flamborough Heritage Coastline offers miles of walking/cycling opportunities as well as the stunning RSPB Bempton Cliffs. Danes Dyke Nature Reserve is also worth a visit. For two sandy beaches, working harbour and Victorian Promenade take a trip down the coast to Bridlington. Burton Agnes Hall, Sledmere House and gardens and Sewerby Hall and garden are close by. The historic city of York is just an hour away and there is a choice of golf courses.

Paignton Place is a fantastic holiday accommodation sleeping up to 6 guests in total including the sofa bed in the living room. Boasting off road parking and an enclosed rear garden including hot tub.

As you enter the property you find yourself in the entrance hallway. To your left is a superking sized bedroom and to your right is the bright and airy living/dining room. The door to the fully equipped kitchen is also on your left with French doors leading out into the enclosed rear garden, boasting projector screen and hot tub. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach! There is also a bathroom located on the ground floor with full sized bath and separate shower enclosure. On the first floor is where another bedroom is located, again with superking sized bed and bathroom just across the hallway with bath and shower enclosure also.

Paignton Place is situated just outside of Paignton town, away from the hustle and bustle while still being within short driving distance of everything the town has to offer. There are nearby shops just down the road from the property and in the opposite direction a local pub/restaurant. Venture into Paignton town to experience the arcades, cinema, crazy golf, beach and pier to name just a few. Whether wanting to experience Paignton itself or explore further afield such as Torquay and Brixham, making up the beautiful English Riviera, Paignton place is a fantastic place to start. Not to mention surrounding areas such as Kingswear, Dartmouth, Teignmouth and the local city of Exeter.

A rural retreat just 2.4 miles from the coast at Cwm yr Eglwys and 2 miles from Pwllgwaelod. The Camel Trail, a flat multi-use trail that hugs the shoreline of the Camel estuary and travels inland to the delightful market town of Wadebridge, before leading on to Bodmin and the surrounding moors, is an absolute must. You can hire bikes in any of the towns and cycle the trail - a firm favourite with locals and tourists. A great tip is to start your ride in Wadebridge and cycle to Padstow where you can enjoy fish and chips on the quay side and a pint in the local pubs before setting off back.
Newquay, Polzeath, Mawgan Porth, Watergate Bay plus other hidden coves along this coastline provide some of the best surfing spots in the UK. There are many registered surf schools with great hire shops and coaching, so why not try this exhilarating sport in one of the most iconic surf spots? Padstow harbour also has many day boats that provide fishing trips so you can catch your evening’s supper.
Peregrine Lodge is the perfect place from which to tour Cornwall with easy access to the main road network and the train at nearby Newquay.
