For more shopping try the bustling market town of Llangefni 7 miles away. Moelfre, a short drive away, is a charming fishing village perched precariously on the cliff tops overlooking a rocky bay with sandy beaches both to the north and south. Lligwy Burial Chamber and Lligwy village are a mile inland - the remains of a Romano British settlement with a spooky atmosphere! Beach 3 miles.

The spacious and stylish open plan living space has a sleek well-equipped kitchen area with an Esse range electric cooker perfectly set up for ’bake offs’. The space effortlessly flows from the dining area through to comfortable seating around a large wood burning stove, the main gathering point for family and friends. The snug, a smaller more intimate room set in the older part of the house is cosy and comfortable with inglenook fireplace and deep set windows. Beyond the snug there is a large twin bedroom with an equally large en-suite shower room. Perfect for older guests. The Master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite shower room on the first floor has 4-metre sliding doors opening out onto a glass balustrade balcony perfect for enjoying morning coffee while contemplating Red Wharf Bay below. Views from the sloping side windows are of wooded hillsides that drop down onto the bay. The third bedroom also on the first floor is a super king with its own en-suite shower room.

A 5-minute walk from this delightful holiday house takes you to the beautiful sandy beach at Rhosneigr with its grassy sand dunes, wide open spaces and rock pools to explore - perfect for walking the dog and children to play.
A nautical theme pervades this stylish Rhosneigr property with large sailing charts adorning most walls. There is a light, sunny sitting room with muted pale grey walls has a welcoming open fireplace - cosy and comfy in the winter months. Patio doors open out onto the front garden with views to the sea. Enjoy preparing holiday meals in the beautifully appointed L shaped kitchen with dining area. Open the rear patio doors to the sheltered back garden - a real suntrap with privacy, quality wooden garden furniture and barbecue.
The owner even leaves you a very useful welcome hamper with the essentials you’ll need when you arrive - tea and coffee, salt and pepper, oil, dishwasher tabs and more. There are two ground floor bedrooms - one with large white bunks and a twin bedroom with navy and white decor. The ground floor bathroom has a mini bath ideal for children or used as a shower for adults. A curved stairway with illuminating step lights leads to the first-floor master en-suite bedroom. However these stairs are narrow and twisty and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. An elegant room with wash wood effect walls, kingsize bed and en-suite area with free standing bath.
The Anglesey Coastal Path consists of a 128-mile circular path around the Isle of Anglesey. Walk the Coastal Path from Rhosneigr to Aberffraw - passing a Neolithic burial chamber, Ynys Mon Racing Track, the church in the sea at Langwyfan before arriving at the beautiful beach of Aberffraw.
Visit one of the most popular attractions on Anglesey - Newborough forest, home to red squirrels. A well-signposted network of paths criss-cross the woodland which has the largest population of red squirrels on the island. Llanddwyn Island, walk along Newborough Beach southward on one of the finest expanses of sand in Britain with incredible views across to Snowdonia. At low tide cross over to the little lighthouse on the romantic Llanddwyn Island.
