A lovely family holiday home with five bedrooms and two bathrooms just a stroll from the sandy beach and promenade, as well as the centre of this traditional seaside village. With plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy, including a large sundeck offering you private outdoor space to enjoy which is also a sun trap. A covered area to one side is perfect for al fresco dining and also for some shade if needed.
The sandy beach and promenade is just 100 yards away where you can walk along the prom past all the brightly coloured beach huts from Mablethorpe to Sandilands, with miles of unspoilt beaches perfect for strolling along. You can often spot seals both in the sea and later in the summer as they head to and from the breeding grounds at Donna Nook, and if you are lucky they are occasionally seen on the beach basking in the sun.
Sutton on Sea has something for all the family with a paddling pool, restaurants, two chip shops, cafés and pubs, one of which is on the promenade where you can enjoy refreshments and a meal overlooking the beach. The main bus route runs close by and you can travel to the larger seaside resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness, as well as family days out at Butlin’s or Fantasy Island. Beach, shops, pubs and café all within 250 yards.
