Situated on the Coast to Coast footpath, the cottage is perfect for walkers. The Eden Viaducts footpath starts in Hartley and the Howgill Fells are within easy reach, as are the North Pennines. Downstairs there’s a living room with seating for fifteen people, the room has a wood burning stove and large flat screen TV. The dining room is quite regal, with large table seating 11. The room also has a wood burning stove. The kitchen is hand made solid pine, with two oven Aga and a second range cooker, plus and all the usual appliances. Opposite the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer, plus an extra American style fridge/freezer with icemaker. It’s a great space for muddy boots and wet dogs. Finally there’s a down stairs toilet. In the cellar there’s a fantastic cinema room with twelve fold down cinema seats and a 75" Smart TV. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms.
