Exeter and its stunning cathedral is just a 10-mile drive, and Exeter Racecourse and Haldon are not far away. A nature trail and cycle route can be found in the Forestry Commission, 7 miles. - Axminster, EnglandSet in the heart of River Cottage land, just outside the town of Axminster, these two properties have amazing views and are surrounded by rolling hills, and are just 10 minutes’ from the beach. Shepherds Knapp Lodge (ref UK13284) is a beautiful, detached, two bedroom lodge with a large well laid out living/kitchen/dining area, with a large comfy corner sofa. The pine dining table is perfect for mealtimes as well as socialising in the evening playing games or enjoying a glass of wine after a long day exploring. The two bedrooms are warm and comfortable with a double and a twin and the good sized shower room has a corner shower cubicle.
Shepherds Knapp (ref UK13285) is a stunning semi-detached, two bedroom cottage, the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen/dining room has granite worktops, marble dining table and range cooker. The large living room has gorgeous leather sofas, a Smart TV and an PlayStation 3, perfect for rainy days.
