The pine dining table is perfect for mealtimes as well as socialising in the evening playing games or enjoying a glass of wine after a long day exploring. The two bedrooms are warm and comfortable with a double and a twin and the good sized shower room has a corner shower cubicle.
Shepherds Knapp (ref UK13285) is a stunning semi-detached, two bedroom cottage, the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen/dining room has granite worktops, marble dining table and range cooker. The large living room has gorgeous leather sofas, a Smart TV and an PlayStation 3, perfect for rainy days. The large French doors lead onto the balcony with picture perfect views over the hills beyond. Upstairs are two sumptuous bedrooms with the main bedroom having a kingsize French bed. There is a twin bedroom and a beautiful shower room with Italian tiles and walk-in shower. Outside there are two seating areas, to the rear an enclosed private courtyard and to the front a private balcony with countryside views.

Just 10 minutes drive away is the gorgeous seaside town of Lyme Regis with its sandy beach and seaside stores, the harbour town of West Bay (made famous by the TV series Broadchurch) is reachable within 20 minutes. If you are bringing a bicycle, there are many cycle ways off road to be explored, including Powderham Castle where there is a cycle track all along the estuary.
