Walk in from the private garden, straight into the hallway which leads to the homely, light and spacious open plan living space, which is attractively furnished with plenty of space for families or a group of friends. The kitchen has sleek grey units with ample preparation and storage space, and is fully equipped with a range of integrated appliances. The large island in the centre of the kitchen is a great spot to catch-up over coffee, and the large dining table is the perfect sociable area for a celebratory meal where you can entertain your guests and toast to the good times that lie ahead. The spacious living area has a 55" Smart TV and two large sofas. Perfect to relax in after a busy day exploring this part of Devon.
    Upstairs, the bedrooms and landing have beautiful features, including wooden beams, sky lights, a glass balustrade staircase and high ceilings.
