Flamborough Head lies between Bridlington and Filey and is a bird watchers paradise. Every year birds travel in their thousands to Flamborough and you will see the interesting array of seabirds that cling to the chalk cliffs. People travel from all over the world to see the wonderful puffins and the RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs is the best place to get a good view, as they provide viewing platforms along the cliff side. Flamborough is a traditional fishing village and although some fishing still take place, it now relies on tourism.
