West End Farmhouse stands proud in the peaceful village of Ulrome, close to the beautiful rugged Yorkshire Coast. This detached holiday property is excellent for families, as there is a very large garden for the children to run around in and a little Wendy house for them to play in. There is also a fantastic terraced area, which is ideal for a barbecue, and in addition, a boot room with a stairgate and storage for bikes and boots. For people who enjoy fishing, the owner provides coarse fishing free of charge (fishing licence required) for the fishing pond, which is just along the lane. In 15 minutes, guests can walk from the property down through the village lanes to the beach. It provides an excellent base for those wishing to explore the east coast of Yorkshire and what it has to offer. Close by, visit the famous RSPB Bempton Cliffs, where you can observe puffins and gannets in their natural habitat. There are some fantastic walks and cycle rides along the rugged cliffs of the east coast, some of it being part of the Cleveland Way. Just 8 miles down the coast, visit the hustle and bustle of the traditional seaside resort of Bridlington. With its working fishing port, you can see the catch brought in on the quayside. There is also a large sandy beach and rock pools for the kids to go crabbing. The famous Spa theatre also provides excellent entertainment throughout the year. Guests can take a short land train journey to Sewerby Hall and Gardens, just one of the many stately homes in the area. Burton Agnes and Sledmere are also worth a visit and for those who would like a trip out; you have the fantastic medieval city of York, which is just over an hour away. Ladysmith is a fabulous detached former farmhouse, superbly located within open countryside with uninterrupted views, yet close to the seaside resort of Hornsea and just outside the village of Brandesburton. It is situated in an idyllic rural location amidst agricultural land that grows a variety of crops. On a clear night it is possible to see the night sky in all its glory, due to the rural location there is very little light pollution. There are stunning views from every window in this very impressive holiday home, which offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for groups of friends or family wishing to make memories and enjoy some quality time together.

Ladysmith offers rural tranquillity in accommodation that offers space to relax with all the amenities and offers a well-equipped family kitchen, separate utility room and toilet. The dining room and living room has plenty of seating to accommodate everyone in the group. The first floor offers five bedrooms, each named after wildflowers you can find in the locality. This holiday home is perfect for families to gather and celebrate spending time together. The country style kitchen offers a host of modern appliances. There is plenty of work top space for preparing delicious home cooked meals for the family.
Springdale Farmhouse offers three different living rooms. The main area provides seating for the full group, a warming open fire for the cooler winter months and garden access out to the hot tub. In the evening take one of the two staircases to the floors above and find a selection of bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom offers far reaching views and includes an en-suite. There are a further four bedrooms on the first floor. The final bedroom can be found on the second floor and spans the full length of the house. With vaulted ceilings, very low beams (height approximately 5 foot) and two zip and link super king size beds, this room is ideal for the younger visitors in the group. An enclosed formal courtyard sits to the rear of Springdale Farmhouse and is a sun trap during the summer months, and to the front of the house are neatly trimmed lawns and wood fired hot tub; here you can enjoy the stunning views, keep an eye out for deer, hares and owl or simply star gaze late into the night.
