22 Sea is a beautifully presented end of terrace house nestled in a quiet corner of ‘The Bay’, a purpose built holiday village overlooking Filey bay on the picturesque North Yorkshire coastline. With open plan living, and stunning full height windows providing access to a first floor balcony.

The sitting room features large deep filled sofas placed around a traditional wood burning stove; ideal for cooler winter months. Here you can relax and unwind after a long day at the beach whilst catching up on your favourite holiday movie. The modern kitchen sits to one side and the appliances include both a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The dining table provides plenty of seating for six and is ideally placed to enjoy a family breakfast or delicious home cooked evening meal.
Two sets of bi-fold doors provide access to a covered patio area and flood the room with natural light. An understairs cupboard provides space for storage and a WC completes the ground floor accommodation.
Take the stairs to the first floor and you will find two stunning and spacious bedrooms, a kingsize double and a double room with traditional bunk beds. Both bedrooms offer the ’wow’ factor with vaulted ceilings and full height cathedral windows which open up to provide access to a full length, south facing balcony with lovely views across the holiday park. Here you can sit and enjoy an early morning coffee or perhaps a relaxing glass of wine after a busy day.
Completing the interior is a spacious bathroom, featuring a shower over bath.
Outside of the house is a covered patio area with a table and chairs and a brick-built BBQ; a real sun trap which can be accessed from the open plan living area. A peaceful and secluded spot to sit and relax (not enclosed). This holiday home welcomes dogs and there are miles of dog-friendly beaches to explore and also a meadow for them to enjoy.
The Bay has many facilities to make your stay enjoyable including a coffee shop, convenience store, pharmacy, and the John Paul Jones family pub and restaurant. It also boasts a leisure complex comprising of an indoor, heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. You can also enjoy a game of tennis or hone your archery skills (additional charges apply).
Just a short drive away is the traditional seaside town of Filey where you can find a plethora of tea rooms, restaurants and pubs alongside amusement arcades and shops selling holiday essentials such as buckets and spades! This beautiful part of North Yorkshire offers something for everyone including miles of cycle routes and footpaths to explore including the breathtaking cliffs at Flamborough Headland. For golf fans enjoy a round on the beautiful Bridlington Links Golf Course. A little further afield is the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the historic City of York and the birthplace of Captain James Cook, Whitby. Lambourne House is set in very spacious 4½ acres of landscaped gardens in the Lincolnshire countryside, which are shared with four other adjoining holiday cottages. Just 10 minutes’ drive from Skegness are the long white sands of the east coast. Ashtree Court offers a haven for perfect private family holidays, with all the fun of the traditional seaside resort of Skegness close by.
Lambourne House has everything needed to relax and enjoy a traditional family holiday, with five double bedrooms, expansive living rooms, a beautiful inglenook fireplace and all the luxury facilities you would expect from a house of this size, including a gym. The mature garden, with its play areas and barbecues, provides a wonderful place for family fun, and the heated indoor swimming pool ensures entertainment all year round. Off road parking in designated areas right outside the farmhouse affords easy access for loading and unloading luggage and shopping.
There is plenty to see and do in and around the area. Less than a mile away is a good pub for families, which serves both food and drink. The closest beach for lazy summer walks, building sandcastles, sunbathing or indulging in bracing winter wanderings, is 10 minutes away by road, and the nearest golf course, North Shore, is the same distance away. Keen fishermen will enjoy the coarse fishing lakes just 300 yards away.
The town of Skegness has all the facilities you would expect of an established seaside town and modern commercial centre - shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafés, cinema, theatre, fun fair, seaside amusements, park, aquarium, sports and fishing facilities, as well as a hospital and excellent road and rail links. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Nestled within 240 acres of unspoilt farmland, in the glorious South Hams midway between Dartmoor and the stunning south Devon beaches, Wheeldon Farm Cottages are the perfect choice for family, friends and couples to enjoy a relaxing retreat or an action packed escape at any time of year. The cottages lie just a short distance from some of south Devon’s finest beaches and tourist attractions, including the historic town of Totnes which is just 15 minutes away and sits on the River Dart with cruises down river to Greenway and Dartmouth. A cosmopolitan town, Totnes, 7 miles away, has a vast array of independent shops, weekly markets, galleries, leisure centre and many lovely restaurants, bistros and cafés. The seaside towns of Paignton and Torquay are 40 minutes’ drive, and it is just a 15-minute drive to the yachting haven of Dartmouth, and the coastline between Dartmouth and Kingsbridge, both 7 miles away, has many stunning beaches, hidden coves and fantastic coastal walks.

Guests of these cottages can also enjoy a range of on-site facilities suitable for all the family, including a heated indoor swimming pool (available via a booking system) with a private changing room and shower. There is a large games room set over two floors, including a fitness room with a cross trainer, treadmill, rowing machine and exercise bike. The top floor of the games room has a full-size American pool table, big sofa and Sky TV. The bottom floor has table tennis and table football. On-site there is also a laundry and ironing room. If you are looking for adventure and an adrenalin rush, then Wheeldon Farm Cottages will not disappoint. The Wheeldon Off-Road Centre, adjacent to the cottages, boasts a purpose-built, 30,000 square foot indoor arena (split in separate halves for motorbikes and bicycles) and junior training circuit, and is the ideal year-round venue for the whole family to learn to ride a motorcycle in a fun and controlled environment. Discounted rates are available for children and adults during the school holidays (booking by arrangement and on arrival), providing children and adults with the opportunity to experience the ultimate, two-wheel off-road adventure for the first time. The instructors at Wheeldon Farm are all ACU accredited and will guide the children through their paces every step of the way. For some activities, all the kit, clothing, boots, gloves, helmets and fun bikes are provided. All that’s needed is the enthusiasm to have a great deal of fun! In addition to all the motorbike fun, a range of other activities can also be organised locally, including horse riding, golf, go-karting and trout and carp fishing. Also, clay pigeon shooting, air rifle and archery are available - these are run by a fully qualified instructor and all equipment is provided. The activities run on a Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Prices will be charged accordingly when bookings are made. Please note, extra activities and catering requests must be pre-booked with Wheeldon Farm Cottages prior to guests’ arrival at the site. This excellent property stands detached amid its own enclosed garden, in a peaceful setting, in the attractive Shropshire village of Baschurch. Just northwest of historic Shrewsbury and close to the Welsh borders, Field House stands in an ideal position for exploring and sightseeing within this lovely region. England’s largest inland county, Shropshire remains one of the country’s least populated and unspoilt landscapes, where bustling ancient market towns lie encompassed by acres of countryside. This is an area immersed in history, with the Domesday Book association, noteworthy castles which include the English Heritage castle at Moreton Corbet, the hilltop remains at Montgomery and Clun to the south, and of course, the splendid sandstone fortifications which dominate the centre of Shrewsbury.
Whether you crave activity, history, culture or shopping, nearby towns have plenty to offer all tastes and ages. Oswestry boasts the legendary King Oswald’s Well - said to have curative powers, Wroxeter the fourth largest city in Roman Britain is only 5 miles outside of Shrewsbury on the way to the historic Ironbridge Gorge and Blists Hill Victorian Town. The RAF Museum at Cosford, Attingham Park (National Trust), Hawkstone Historic Park and Follies, a 10-mile ride on the Llangollen railway through the stunning Dee Valley, or 18 holes of golf at Oswestry Golf Course - all are within easy reach of Field House. The seaside town of Folkestone is within a short drive, with its regeneration now attracting many who have discovered its sandy beach, an abundance of quality eateries, and the individual shops and art galleries of its old high street. That is if you can prize yourself away from the tranquillity of this enviably positioned holiday home!

Set in the heart of rural countryside, this spacious and lavishly furnished barn conversion shares 3 acres of grounds and shared use of an all weather on-site tennis court, as well as free access to superb leisure facilities at Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, making it an ideal holiday home for families of all ages all year round. Whether for a holiday in the height of summer, enjoying the many attractions and beaches in the area, or for a family gathering in off peak season for a celebration, Dray Cottage is a superb choice. Dray Cottage is set in the small hamlet of Fallapit, just outside the village of East Allington midway between the towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes and Dartmouth. This Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty has many sandy beaches and stunning coastline very close by, including Blue Flag beaches Slapton Sands, Beesands, East Portlemouth, Bantham, Bigbury and Thurlestone. The town of Dartmouth is nestled on the River Dart and offers boat trips, exclusive shops, galleries, many pubs and some famous restaurants. Totnes, 5 miles up the river, is a town steeped in history, enjoying a colourful and exuberant atmosphere, while Salcombe is another pretty riverside town, boasting a busy estuary with many yachts sailing by and a myriad of interesting shops and pubs in its winding streets. There are several National Trust properties in the area to explore and some delightful open gardens. With the South Hams coastal path stretching over 60 miles there is great walking and time can be spent exploring the rugged moorland.
A little further afield and well worth a visit is the Eden Project in Cornwall. Riding, sailing, sea and coarse fishing are available locally, as well as a good variety of shopping. Shops 3 miles, pubs ½ mile.

Chestnut Lodge is located on the Lower Mill Estate in Somerford Keynes, a development of stunning, contemporary homes situated in a private, 450-acre nature reserve. The gated and managed estate comprises of woodland and meadows crossed by three rivers and surrounded by serene lakes. Nature lovers can walk through woodland and meadows enjoying the sight of migrating wildfowl, rare wild orchids and the observation of beavers from carefully located hides. Guests have access to all the facilities within the estate, including an on-site restaurant/bar, a spa (free of charge) with swimming pools, gym, sauna, steam room and spa treatments (extra charge). There are also tennis courts, football nets, children’s play areas, a 5km jogging trail, cycle tracks and a number of lakes where canoeing and paddle boarding can be enjoyed during the summer season. It is a short walk from the estate to the local village pub serving real ale and good food. The estates ’Activity Hub’ provides equipment hire (water pursuits, cycling and tennis) and a source of knowledge on how best to enjoy the estate and local area. Chestnut Lodge is a mid-terrace property over three floors. It has the space and facilities for up to 8 adults and a baby. A lovely feature of the property is the uninterrupted view of the adjacent lake and the setting sun from the lounge and patio areas. Augusta House is located on the Lower Mill Estate in Somerford Keynes, a development of stunning, contemporary homes situated in a private 450-acre natural reserve.
