    With further accommodation options within a small cluster of holiday lets which can be booked individually or together for larger parties. Downstairs is a large open plan living area that opens out to two acres of shared garden area, perfect for games on the lawn and enjoying al fresco dining. Within the living area you have a large dining table to seat ten guests, an immense sofa and two single sofa beds. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for your catering needs. Also on this level is a bedroom with a super kingsize bed which can be twin beds on request for maximum flexibility. The large ground floor bathroom has a generously sized shower and freestanding bath and is ideal for guests who may have mobility issues. Heading upstairs there are sloping ceilings throughout with some super skylights. Here you will find a shower room and the large master bedroom with its own balcony. Again, the kingsize bed offers the flexibility to be twin beds on request. You have a further bedroom comprising bunk bed and one single bed, creating a haven if you have younger members within your party. The Aviary has its own private garden with fire pit, seating and loungers, but furthermore there are 2 acres of garden (mainly lawn) with additional seating/fire pit which is shared with the other holiday lets.
    Take time to visit the many local attractions including the world famous Eden Project, Cothele House and Quay, Tamar Valley outdoor pursuits, Morwelham Quay, Trethorne Leisure Park, St Mellion golf course and health club and Adrenalin Quarry to name but a few.
