    Fistral Court is an exclusive development and Crantock is an expansive property over three floors with amazing views of Fistral Beach in fact, on entering the property from Pentire Avenue your eyes are immediately drawn through the open plan kitchen and dining area to the magnificent sea views, there is a shared swimming pool, heated from May through to 1st November. It is rarely crowded and can also be viewed from the balcony and lounge. The double aspect living room is bright and sumptuously furnished with a large Smart TV and sofas. The bedrooms are immaculate, and the master also has fantastic views of Fistral. One thing is certain, having sundowners on the balcony here and eating al fresco may well convince you of being in the Mediterranean!
    Crantock occupies a breath-taking position in Newquay on the Pentire headland with outstanding, forever changing, views across Fistral beach, at low tide there are acres of golden sand and the clear blue sea with its brilliant colours drifting from magical turquoise to ultramarine. Newquay golf club is a 15-minute walk away as is the bustling town centre. To get to Crantock beach, (not suitable for the less mobile, pushchairs or wheelchairs), there is a footpath and then steps down to a ferry landing stage from where you can take a very small foot ferry over to Crantock beach. Otherwise you would need to drive round to Crantock. You are guaranteed to have that holiday feeling the instant you arrive at your destination. Beach ½ mile.
