The side shallow ramp leads to the main entrance and hallway, whilst the living/dining room is bright and welcoming with comfy sofas, gas fire, Smart TV and the all-important Wi-Fi. Set to the rear of the property looking over the garden, is a large bedroom with an electric split rising king-size bed and there is also a wall mounted Smart TV. Next to the bedroom is a further room which has a sofa bed, perhaps for an extra guest to use if required. This room can be used as a study and provides access to the conservatory, which has some seating. There is a wide doorway out to the decking and garden. Across the hall is a spacious walk-in wet room with rain shower, ideal wheelchair access or for guests with restricted mobility.
