The ‘English Riviera’ is famous for its mild climate and is ideal for year-round breaks. Torquay, with its many amenities is only 2 miles away.     Sitting on the banks of the River Exe, with great access to Exeter which is just 10 miles or so away, and Tiverton, just 4 miles on the A396 that passes directly past the cottage. The original house was built in the 17th century and had been used as a guest house for many years.
    The Annex itself is a lovely property with two double bedrooms, both with en-suites, and one with beautiful river views. Outside you can enjoy the gorgeous location on the patio and treat yourself to an al-fresco meal or evening drink as you look up at the stars and listen to the water flowing past.
