As you enter Deer View Retreat, you will be welcomed into the entrance area with patio doors opening out into the garden, the perfect cosy spot to enjoy a mug of coffee with a good book. This then leads through to the open plan living and dining area where you can wind down and watch a film after a busy day exploring the coastline or enjoy a family meal together. The large living room to the left is an absolute delight to relax in after a busy day exploring the coastline and it is furnished with comfortable sofas and a wood burner for those cosy winter evenings. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal and it feels spacious, modern, and light; a great sociable space where everyone can gather to plan the day ahead. Leading off the kitchen is a second sitting room/snug which is a great space and the perfect solution if guests have differing tastes when it comes to what to watch on TV! The understairs den will prove great fun for younger members of the party and they will adore this special kids-only place. A convenient utility area and separate toilet completes the ground floor accommodation. Head upstairs to discover the four beautifully designed bedrooms and the family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed and the third has twin beds.
