This lovely ground floor conversion of a Grade II listed, former station master’s house provides an amazing location for the perfect Yorkshire coastal holiday. The station was designed by Rawlins Gould and opened on the 28th March 1864, closing 100 years later, on 19th October 1964, following the Beeching cuts. Just north of Bridlington is Sewerby Head. For those who enjoy a good walk, the Cleveland Way and the Wolds Way are just along the coast at Filey. Also along the coast you have Flamborough Head and the famous RSPB Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve, where you can observe gannets and puffins in their natural habitat. Scarborough is only a short drive, where you will find the largest open air theatre in Europe as well as the castle and lots of other places of interest.
