On the first floor are four of the five en-suite bedrooms offering a mixture of twin and kingsize accommodation. The house bathroom is an absolute delight with a free-standing roll-top bath, tiled floors and Velux windows. The Old Barn (ref UKC998) has two bedrooms on the ground floor along with the family bathroom, and the third bedroom on the first floor. The Cart Shed (ref UKC999) has the open plan living space on the first floor and all three bedrooms are on the ground floor, all three have their own TV. All three properties have underfloor heating throughout the ground floor which provides a cosy feel.

There are great walks round the farm, as well as along the riverbank and throughout the area. This location is also popular with cyclists, so be sure to bring your bikes and enjoy this delightful setting in style. Beverley is only 2½ miles away and is well known for its racecourse, minster, many boutiques and coffee shops. The coast at Hornsea can be reached within 10 miles, where visitors will find many of its traditional amusements and its promenade. York is a great place for a day out and is about an hour’s drive away. The Deep at Hull is one of the UK’s biggest aquariums and is well worth a visit and is about half an hour away.
