West End Farm Lodge Alabaster is a detached lodge that has been built in 2023, situated on the owner’s 14-acre working farm. Set within the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with fabulous far-reaching views of the rolling countryside. All ground floor accommodation with open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking up a storm whilst all socialising together. There are two bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. One of the bedrooms has a zip and link bed so can be converted to twin beds if needed. Outside there is decking area with seating and enclosed lawned area – perfect for your four legged friends. There is an outdoor washing area for bikes and dogs, and use of a utility room with washing machine. Dog sitting is available with prior arrangement and paid directly to the owner.

The property consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and an open plan living/dining area with Freeview TV, and a cosy open fire. There is also a family bathroom and three bedrooms, comprising a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a master double bedroom. Outside you will find an enclosed garden with a lawn, flower beds, seating areas, and a summerhouse. Access to a lower lawn with an orchard is down steps or a sloping grass path. A handrail is provided for use as necessary.
