There is also a family bathroom and three bedrooms, comprising a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a master double bedroom. Outside you will find an enclosed garden with a lawn, flower beds, seating areas, and a summerhouse. Access to a lower lawn with an orchard is down steps or a sloping grass path. A handrail is provided for use as necessary.

There is an outdoor washing area for bikes and dogs, and use of a utility room with washing machine. Dog sitting is available with prior arrangement and paid directly to the owner.
