The Battle of Britain memorial Flight is 35 minutes away at Coningsby, and Sleaford, just 9 miles, is close by for shopping and amenities, with lots of tea rooms, cafés, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Within 30 yards of the barn is a well-stocked trout lake for fly fishing and with 40 acres to walk around, there is plenty of opportunity to exercise yourself and your dogs. Stabling is available for your horse by arrangement with the owners. The Barn comes complete with a large open-plan living area with log burner making it ideal for family get-togethers and celebrations with a second sitting area complete with pool table adjacent.
