    Bacton Woods is close by, ideal for cycling and picnic opportunities, and great for dog walking with miles of woodland trails to explore. Bird watching, golf and fishing are all available locally. If you can tear yourself away from the beach you will find a string of other coastal habitats to explore including marshes, sand dunes and pretty quays.
    Head west to Cromer and discover the unspoilt Edwardian seafront, promenade and pier, or venture a little further and take a boat trip to see the seals (seasonal) or enjoy a spot of crabbing on Blakeney Quay.     • Sandstone flooring (with underfloor heating) and no stairs make Milestone barn very suitable for children, dogs and those with limited mobility.
