    The house sleeps up to eight people comfortably with a kingsize bed, double bed, small double and two single beds. There is a main upstairs bathroom with a bath and a newly fitted downstairs shower room. Each room is well presented with gorgeous original features, such as exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings adding to its charm. The kitchen is well equipped with an Aga, as well as an electric cooker. The owner’s aim is to make this a home from home, and you will find all the facilities and equipment you would expect to find at your own house here too. In summer the beautiful extensive gardens, equipped with a hot tub and gas BBQ can be enjoyed by all. In winter you can cosy up by the two wood burners in either of the sitting rooms, equipped with Smart TVs.     This is a great sized house for social get togethers; on the ground floor you have a large open plan living room with a dining table for eight so that you can enjoy meals together. Comfortable sofas in front of the TV are ideal for winding down after a busy day exploring. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped, making this a home from home where you can create all your favourite meals. There are four good sized bedrooms, all well-presented. Upstairs on the first floor there is a super king bedroom as well as a twin room. Up on the second floor you have a second twin room as well as a king bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one of the first and one on the second floor, both with baths with showers over. At the rear of the property you have an adjoining garage for your use as well as an additional parking space in front of the garage door, which is a great bonus in a popular seaside town where parking can be tricky.
    Just a few doors away you have a small convenience store, ideal for grabbing essentials as well as food and drinks. Cafés, restaurants, bars and an array of shops, as well as the train station, are all within a 5-10 minute walk away. Here in Scarborough there are two bays, North Bay Beach sweeps in a crescent lined with colourful beach huts from the Sea Life Centre nearby. You can walk from the North Bay all the way along the promenade to the busier South Bay. Both bays have lovely, large sandy beaches making them perfect for your family holiday. There is also Scarborough Castle and the funfair on the seafront.
