Railway Cuttings melds traditional with contemporary to make it the perfect location for those wishing to get away and unwind. This elegant stone-built, semi-detached, single-storey cottage is situated at Falstone Station. Along with the owner’s home it is one of only a few cottages at this location, which was once part of the former Border Counties Railway line. Its close proximity to Kielder Water makes it a must-visit for walkers, sailors and cyclists. Nearby Leaplish has a swimming pool and spa open to visitors, and the on-site pub and restaurant is handy for those wishing to make a day of it. And for those who just want to enjoy the countryside, its south facing views overlook the North Tyne river and the nearby rolling hills.
