Cressida (NMA) is ideal for a family holiday as it has a double and twin bedroom. It has a beamed open plan living/dining/kitchen area with patio doors to the terrace. The double bedroom has a kingsize bed and there is also a twin bedroom, ideal for the kids! Troilus (NMB) is larger and has retained its character with a beamed open plan living/dining area and a modern kitchen. There are 10 National Trust properties and the National Motor Museum at Gaydon, all within a 45-minute drive. The National Exhibition Centre (NEC) holds a huge variety of exhibitions and events. If you are exhibitors, this is a perfect place to stay as the NEC is only 30 minutes’ down the motorway. Warwick Parkway railway station is 4.5 miles to take the train to London, 80 minutes, and Birmingham, 23 minutes. Golf, tennis and riding available locally. Shops 3.5 miles, pub 2.5 miles.

The village of Oxhill lies in the rolling countryside of south Warwickshire close to the border of Oxfordshire and the North Cotswolds in the area known as the Vale of the Red Horse. There is a lovely village pub within walking distance which offers lunchtime and evening meals. It’s in a great location to see many different areas and attractions as lies halfway between Stratford Upon Avon and Banbury. The village enjoys a local pub, and more amenities can be found in neighbouring Tysoe or into Kineton. The beautiful towns and villages of the North Cotswolds can be reached in approximately 10 minutes’ drive where you can explore Chipping Norton, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold or Woodstock, home to Blenheim Palace.
The National Trust’s Upton House and Gardens, Charlecote Park, Farnborough and Hidcote are all within easy reach. Compton Verney is just over 5 miles away where you can discover the art gallery with its many collections and exhibitions and enjoy the park with its labyrinth, bird hide, pond dipping and playground. For more outdoor fun, head to Burton Dassett Hills the perfect country park for walks, flying a kite or eating a picnic whilst admiring the views of rolling hills and open countryside.
