Commanding spectacular uninterrupted sea views in a truly stunning location on the Llyn Peninsula, this converted barn sits at the end of a private track in gorgeous rural tranquillity yet within easy reach of a host of family attractions. Set within the grounds of the owners’ home, its breathtaking setting affords wonderful walking, bird watching and even dolphin spotting from the doorstep, with the coastal path winding its way down from the holiday cottage to a secluded beach (about 10 minutes’ walk). Ten pin bowling, go karting, golf, fishing and pony trekking are all enjoyed nearby and Caernarfon Castle and the Snowdonia National Park are within easy reach. Shops 4 miles, pub serving food 1.5 miles.

Set on a working farm, this converted stable is close to Pwllheli and Criccieth. Ideally situated for exploring the Lleyn Peninsula and a 3 mile walk way and cycle path is across the road. It is cosy with modern conveniences and access to the beach (a few minutes’ walk over railway via public crossing). Nearby, are fishing, horse riding along the beach, golf and you can explore the hidden coves. The owner also provides grazing and a field for up to four horses at their property, by prior arrangement and additional cost. Stabling is also available. Portmeirion Italianate village, the steam railway, Pwllheli Marina and Abersoch, for water sports, are all within 15 minutes’ drive. Cricceth 2 miles. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.
The Stables can be booked together with Glan Morfa Ganol (19381) and The Mill (CC611037) to accommodate up to 14 guests.

Ty Hir is located close to the beautiful Mawddach Estuary with its coastal trail and cycle path. There is direct access from the farm leading down to the golden sands of Fairbourne beach, great for families with small children or across the Victorian bridge to Barmouth. If you wish you can just relax, enjoy a spot of fishing nearby, or for the more energetic you can enjoy family walks in the idyllic scenery, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Snowdonia National Park. The family-run pony trekking and equestrian centre on-site is just on the north side of the farm, away from our holiday cottages with menage Hire (arena), riders or complete beginners are catered for. Holiday stabling is available by arrangement should you wish to bring your own horse. Shop, Golf course, pub and restaurant ¾ mile . Cycle trails and Zip World, Bounce Below approx 45 min drive. Say hello to our Alpacas and Pygmy goats on site.

Ysgubor Uchaf (ref 29517) and Hen Ysgubor (ref 29518) are situated further up along the farm’s private lane. Hen Ysgubor is a ground floor apartment situated below Ysgubor Uchaf which is the first floor apartment. They overlook the beautiful Mawddach Estuary, just off the coastal road to Fairbourne. Both properties are close for the beautiful Mawddach Estuary footpath and coastal trail/cycle path and direct access from the farm leads down to the golden sands of Fairbourne beach or across the Victorian bridge to Barmouth.
